Leaning his back against the cushion of the swivel chair, Asher let out a grunt. He opened and closed his eyes repeatedly, his gaze staring at the dark gray ceiling of the office.

It had been three days after Asher had people deliver the massive bouquet of 999 red roses to Liliana's housewarming party. But, he received nothing from her as a reply. Not even a text.

"Did I do something wrong again?" asked Asher to himself, doubting his past decision.

The incident at the aquarium had long passed but, Asher couldn't help but still blame himself.

For the first time in his life, he had the desire to make amends to Liliana but, he seriously was unsure of what should he do.

He was a proud son of heaven, someone who didn't need to bow down to others. This sudden change of his heart troubled him greatly.
