Capítulo 98: Braden

Aimee had not been like this from the very beginning. She had once been like other cheerful, naive teenagers out there until she came to love. But then, when you love too much, you stand chances of losing yourself in the process.

His name was Braden and as every naive teenager would explain, he was her knight in shining armor. Aimee and Braden had been friends from childhood and were so close to each other enough that she knew he had a mole in his butt cheek. They knew embarrassing secrets about each other and none seemed to mind - they were comfortable with each other.

Braden had grown up handsome that girls couldn't take their eyes off him - Aimee included. She was in love with her childhood best friend. Braden was perfect; he was brilliant, a lady charmer, good at sports, and won more awards for the school than she did. He was the star student compared to Aimee who always came second. No matter what she did, she was always beneath him.
