MC POV:
Looking inside my inventory, I see nothing. The only thing I can see is a blank screen with a blue color.
(George) 'Hmm… how does the inventory work? Let's look at it at the skill list <Skills>

(George) "Haha no. I explain as I pose a thinking pose as I myself not really sure about the whole situation.
(Xiao Mei) "What?" She shouted with a shocked expression on her face.
Haha! Her shock expression is so funny, Ahem I need to continue my explanation and also say my request.
(George) "Right, there will be monsters that spawn in the world right now and we need to collect as much food as we can as our world has entered an apocalypse kind of state. We also need to get stronger as the monster and the zombie that I just killed before might become stronger as time goes on so I need to use my power and kill them."
(Xiao Mei) "I see! So We need to level up as much as we can before the enemy's level increases huh..!" said her with a somehow excited faces. Looks like she accepted it rather easily huh...
Phew… explaining this kind of thing to a gamer girl is very easy. They take it much faster than an adult probably will have. If I were to explain it to an adult, they probably take me to a mental hospital even in this apocalypse state.
(George) "Yup, so right now, you need to prepare things like weapons, food, first aid kit and etc in case you need them. Oh! Before you prepare, can you think or speak "Quest"?"
(Xiao Mei) "Right, most RPG games have that right? <Quest>" She shouted with an apparent excited expression on her face as she probably also wanted it.
As she said that word, she seems to be concentrating on reading something. After a few seconds, her focus returned to me.

Think of me as I finally know what the system currency is for the first time, there might be a shop in the future, but I don't really know as there is no message even though I shout the name shop before.
(George) 'Right, Should I also ask her to join me? I mean waiting in a house is not really the best option right now as we need to increase our strength as much as we can in the first phase of apocalypse from the 4 state of apocalypse Initial panic state→ calm state → government announcement state → creation of new small government'
(George) 'Well I better ask her and let her decide for herself.'
(George) "Anyway, I want to go out to stea--Ahem, I mean buy some food and supplies at the minimart downstairs. I will also probably go back to my school to obtain some items that I need. As I waited, I went back to my room to get more pot with dirt to put it inside my inventory as I will definitely need them later on. After putting all the empty pots, I came back to the front of her room. I also recharge my mana from the sunflower in my garden while I was waiting for her.
(Xiao Mei) "Brother! I am ready now!"
Said her as she wore a school backpack and held 2 kitchen knives in her hand. Looks like she chose it due to her class as an assassin huh? She also changed her outfit to a darker color with a black shirt and a brown knee height skirt as maybe she doesn't want her clothes to be dirty easily. Though…
(George) "Why the heck are you wearing a skirt? You realise that we will be fighting monsters and zombies right? Aren't long jeans for protection to the knee a better option?"
(Xiao Mei) "Hehe… my legs are not free enough if I wear long pants or jeans. I wear a skirt to increase my mobility as I can move my legs much more easily"
(George) "Why don't you wear short pants then?"
(Xiao Mei) "Ugh... I don't really like short pants as it is also constricting my movement although a little bit."
(George) "Well whatever… Not my problem if your skirt is seen when you jump around."
(Xiao Mei) "ugh… right. But it is not as important as my life though..."
After ignoring her last remark, We finally left the apartment through the emergency stairs.
However, as I open the emergency stairs door, I can see several zombies are looking at us… oh bonk choy.
I could see 3 zombies hanging around in the staircase to the 6th floor. I immediately mentally command my peashooter to begin shooting the zombies as we retreat to the hallway.
(George) '<Plant Command>'
(Xiao Mei) "Wah! Zombies!"
As the peashooter on my pot shoots the first pea, it smashes to the head of the nearest zombies causing it to fall down the stairs. The 3 zombies quickly approach our location with their slow movement.
(George) 'Phew, looks like we are lucky they are of the walker type zombies. ~Thud~ Huh? I only need to shoot 8 peas at that zombies? Wait! Is there a headshot bonus? Let's try to command it to aim for headshot<Plant Command>'
As I try to command it using my skills, the peashooter keeps shooting its body and ignores my command.
(George) 'Hmm… looks like my skill level is not high enough for a complicated command. I am probably only able to choose their target of attack or to stop their attack.'
After around half a minute, the peashooter finally killed all the zombies as their corpse disappeared and I absorbed the experience to level up to level 2. The zombies also dropped some coins which I assumed to be the Earth Coins. Since my first zombies didn't drop them, It must be because I am unlucky.
After that several notifications sounded in my head.

Rayzuto_Hazt Hello, it is finally chapter 6. the long preparation arc is finally ending. Next chapter and 2 or 3 more chapter will be battle in the staircase and the apartment. I also put both of their status in the next chapter. BTW, I also confuse whether I should put a Chinese word for brother (gege) when she call him or just brother, leave a comment to suggest which one better.
