Capítulo 93: Strange Tidings
It had been two weeks since the successful launch of Deathman's Wonderland and yet the dour mood settling around the table belied the recent successes of team Dante.
All the executives were gathered now. Well, all save the Head of Finance who just couldn't be bothered to attend these emergency meetings.
"So it's finally happening," Agatha noted.
"This was expected," McCloud added.
"Not this soon, dumb*ss," Lagertha countered.
"Um, won't this situation cause major problems in the mortal plane?" Bront son of Brontes asked.
"And how can we capitalize on it?" Dani the Ghoulie added while he rubbed his thumb and forefinger together in a very sleazy way. "Wouldn't hurt to make money out of this deal."
Please," McCloud shut his eyes out of frustration, "just stop talking, you degenerate."

Real-money-trading in the Abyss? Oo~~oh, sign me up! Well, I guess you can all tell what this next volume will be about. Even more than the consequences of giving players the opportunity to earn cash while playing, the threat of discovery from the appearance of ability-users in the mortal plane, man this is going to be fun!!!
Also, I'm glad I got to add Lagertha's backstory in this chapter. They all have backstories... and I'll be weaving them into the greater plot threads soon enough.
