Resumen
When the last prodigy level esper on Earth disappeared, Earth was in deep trouble of becoming another species’ colony. The ordinary Han, with his intelligence and hardworking character, was able to make a fortune after “accidentally” stepping into the world of dark net, later purchasing an esper power crystal that brought him the ultimate power that changed the fate of the universe.
Dark net is a subset of the Deep Web that is not only not indexed by traditional search engines, but that also requires special tools like specific proxy or authentication to gain access. Dark net is not restricted by any law or morals, so the dark net market has everything that is prohibited by the law. Drugs, slaves, firearms, uranium, bioweapons, rare animals, human testing, assassination, and the list goes on. During the year of 2075 on Earth, Han Lang logged into the largest hyperspace dark net market, and our story begins.

Escribe una reseñaSPOILERS AHEAD!!!!! So... This story is a headache to review, but most of the views either hate or love this novel. It deserves neither. The Galactic Dark Net, as many greatly negative reviews point out, has quite the interesting premise. It is kind of like this: 'Earth has recently entered into a galactic stage, and ability users, Aka espers, are the representative elite of each world. Earth avoided colonization by the skin of their teeth. but their hero, Ke Lake, has mysteriously disappeared. Meanwhile, a guy named Han discovers the existence of the dark net, and begins his rise to become a hero for not just earth, but for the entire galaxy!' Yeah, boils your blood right? Well, although this premise and the ideas that follow are exceptional, certain obvious contradictions and oversights from the author make this story go from exceptional to mediocre. For example, his wolf fang battalion tactic operates on the basis that his void domain nullifies all powers without the victim being aware of it. Well, the author will drop this explanation at the drop of the hat whenever it doesn't suit the main character, or the battle he is in. In fact, the author even uses the void domain as a replacement for a simultaneous signal for a couple of masters to withdraw their source energy at the same time. Then, in the very next chapter, he uses the fact that it is unnoticeable to surprise one of his enemies... Sigh. Anyways, the translation is ok at times, sub-par at others, but the idea always remains clear. So its not like you will encounter issues understanding the plot, although at times you will question the infinitely numerous layers of plot armor revolving around the main character. Character development focuses mainly around important characters that often interact with the main character, while he himself remains largely unchanged. Of course, development ceases beyond this sphere of influence, besides the occasional 'oh he's such a genius' or 'wow, he's badass.' But this is typical of most Chinese novels; the story isn't necessarily worse off without good character development. Although this can lead to repetitive situations, the author avoids ****** the reader sick of the novel by constantly inserting new ideas, new unique elements to make the story more entertaining. Thus, considering all that I've said, this novel deserves around 3.2 stars. It's better than average (3 stars), but the drawbacks mentioned makes this story a favorite for some, and a blight for others. As you can probably tell, I like the novel a lot, despite its obvious drawbacks. Now I'm not saying that you will necessarily like this novel, but I encourage you to try it out. You might find that it's better than you originally thought!
Alright do not waste your time reading this. I wasted my life and I just want to set you on right path. This story literally has no ending. The so called ending is just the climax. This final boss gets revealed and it end with everyone going off to beat the final boss. That is it we don't know who wins how it's defeated or anything else. The author...no he not an author he's just a writer. The writer of this story is just trying to make money off a bull**** story he wrote haphazardly. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME YO READ.
Utter waste of time, waste of talent or maybe I overestimated the author's talent. The author just want to screw with the reader. You want romance? Think for yourself You want ending? Think for yourself You want epic battle? Think for yourself 1000 readers.... 1000 endings. Screw you, author! Even any garbage ending is better than ending it before final battle a.k.a climax. You depict the MC as tough bone but the author is a wimp that doesn't want to hold responsibility for his novel.
Arghhh... I don't get how people can rate this story so fucking highly. It's a highly *******ish work but the premise is interesting. But that's the only thing it's got going for it, an interesting premise. Constantly throughout the story, the author keeps repeating things about the MC, about how he's "trained on the verge of life and death and that's why he'll beat the enemy". And when I say constantly it's really no joke. It's been repeated at least 6 times in the 35 chapters I've read. Every time taking up an entire paragraph about how the enemy is so strong willed and I don't know what. The author also keeps rewarding the MC with various benefits, all with the pretext that he worked hard for it and that none his age is as hardworking as him. Stop telling me about the f**king character, stop trying hard to make me cheer for him. Show his actions, show his hard work, show his struggles, make me naturally root for him. But the author obviously can't do that because he doesn't ever let the reader think. He doesn't ever lead the reader draw his/her own conclusions and frankly, it's really boring. Overall the story just lacks effort, and it saddens me because as I said earlier the premise is really fucking good. But that tends to be a trend with web novels and the like. Good ideas, but no writing skills to act on them, resulting in a work that doesn't even qualify as a solid ******* work. There are far better web novels out there that manage to capture both a good story and good writing. So I would recommend that you don't waste your time on this one. It will only serve to aggravate you // Ya sorry my translator dude. Imma have to give you a 1-star rating in quality and stability in protest of Qidian's useless rating system. Also wtf, Qidian legit censors the word "A-M-A-T-E-U-R"
Epic story but worst ending. Author just up and left the story halfway for a non conclusive 'reader's imagination' choice of ending. The story was great but at the end of the story it became rushed and the story just ended without even knowing or fighting the enemy. Happy ever after. Good guy will trump bad guys. BUULLSHIT.
Revelar spoilerImportant information for a prospective reader: This book has characters which I grew to love and had amazing potential. That said, in the last 50 chapters of the book, the author ABANDONS the book and is trying to wrap it up as quickly as possible, but then proceeds to give up on EVEN THAT with gross negligence. He even abandoned carefully setup sub-plots that were hinted at forever! Sacrilege!Read the author’s final words: “The story will end here.” (Just before the big boss fight which, in fact, doesn’t even make sense!) “Although there is suspicion of it being a rushed crappy ending, but I don’t want to write about how Han fights the Insect race” (Randomly introduced in the last 25 chapters and are super baddies that you never actually meet and there motivation for destroying the universe is simply that they want to ‘be the best’) “with the dragons.” (Han completely overthrows their ancient, and annoying, culture by insulting them and shooting one of them in the head.) To an author, the ending is always the most brutal part, and I rather not write it and leave the rest of the story to your imaginations.” (You bored coward!) “Until today, whether Han will die or live, it’s no longer important...” (Its important to me!) “whether there is an ending isn’t important anymore, because we have already accompanied each other throughout this journey.” Han’s love life is never straightened out. His background is casually revealed in a monologue. Characters change their personalities last minute. Sub-plots are abandoned..... I don’t want his sympathy words! I want the glorious ending I waited 470 chapters for!
Revelar spoilerOmg this is probably the first review that I've ever written that speaks volumes for the quality of this novel. All the potential that this novel has is equally ruined buy both the author and the translator. The MC comes across as dull and lifeless . The flow is botchy and the plot has many loopholes. Love is nonexistensial and just hapazard. Reason to read this book is for what it could have been and skip portions that you are bored with.
Poorly written and poorly translated, power creep fantasy for when you want to turn your brain off. Hardly worth the time it taks to read it.
WTH? Why they drop the novel? The ending feels like u love a girl but on ur wedding day, u marry her mother! I am dumbstruck n awe by the sudden ending twist plp!
Not your typical chinese novel but at the same time your typical chinese novel. Honestly I've dropped most chinese novels except for this and library. Very good novel would recommend to anyone that likes chinese novels but gets fed up with the typical mc and villains.
To be honest I wasn't really going to read this novel but because I was bored I decided to. That's a decision I regret because of how addicting it is.
The book is very interesting in the plotting, and the translation quality is very good. A good friend of mine recommended it to me and I really like it
Revelar spoilerThe story is very easygoing without you to have to think too much MC is very likeable and the progress is good in the story although there are a few too fishy powerups happening sometimes but still very very interesting and funny
A hot-blooded mc that runs like a machine in his daily life. Doing 24/7 work in one day schedule. Has a mind of a patriotic-soldier. Power-up and craftsmanship are also displayed beautifully....etc...
Absolutely love this webnovel. The MC is well fleshed out(some people will differ and say he's contradictory but I disagree), the world is described rather well for what it is (by that I mean non important places get skipped important places are well done), the history given is on point, story is chug chug chugging along at a proper speed (poor MC no breaks allowed). The translation needs ALOT of work in the early chapters, and just know that jian jia is a she not a he.
Fking trash. Wasted so much hrs of my life for a wishy washy author to only take a pile of **** and call it an ending. Then I though, wtf, capital crimes shouldn't be murder but FU***** trash authors screwing me until my ASS HOLE is burned. At the ending-- well there is no ending. 0/10 will get ass raped again.
Revelar spoilerThe translation is fine and the story is good up until the last ~150 chapters. At that point you can tell the author just wants to be done with it and is going to **** all over the readers to do so. Worst ending of a novel I have ever read. This makes Bleach seem like genius.
This novel had amazing idea and was really enjoyable to read but -many things in story could be done in more chapters -this is clearly unfinished story!! Just shortened to 470 chapters if author wanted we could have even 800 or 900 chapters instead of 470 -terrible rushed ending -some things mainly about world building of was described very briefly especially things concerning eath federation after migration to the twin horse galaxy -not good romance And now some good points -unique story -excellent combination of sci-fi,fantasy and cultivation genres -interesting world building and parts around earth federation where federation was growing from weak to strong (but as I told before these parts were very short unfortenatelly) -good MC -presonally liked heroine probably heroine Ye Weiwei
Revelar spoilerThis book is an incredible survival story set in an dark futuristic apocalypse where all of humanity are in the firing line. The book is fun and fast paced and you are 100% behind all the main characters. Every character is fun and endearable and there are no hateabe characters at all. The world back ground is complex and incredibly well done with thoughts and ideas not done in traditional science fiction story lines. This book has been rated low here on this site but I assuming this because of the gap for the readers expectations of science fiction novels and the actual story. I think an author who thinks outside the box is incredably talented and definitely would advise all readers to give this book a try.
Only read up to 14th chapter but i already can't keep going... There will be very small spoiler in this review but it's not significant for the story at all so you can keep reading... So small time raiders with like 50 people attack earth and guess what? They are using swords and small time esper powers like fireballs and ice spears...... Where are the laser guns? Where are explosive weapons? Does the space frigate have no weapons at all??? Does earth have no defense system that even small time raiders can enter like it's their own backyard? Just conquer earth if it's that weak already... Why would anyone use esper powers if the power itself isn't even stronger than conventional weapons? Even a ****** hand gun could do the job better than these small time esper powers but NOPEEEE.. Let's use swords and fists to fight like barbarians while we are riding around in a frikin spaceship lol............ Mc kicks one raider in the balls and kills another one with a goddamn pipe........ Seriously!? I guess they don't even wear protective suits or anything right? So they ride in advanced space ships around the universe, but fight like barbarians who can't even defend against a kick and metal pipe.......... Just WOW............ If this isn't stupid you tell me. I just can't keep going after this. It just kills all of the stories potential for me...
