"Of course not!" I answer almost instantly and he cocks his brow, seemingly amused. "I'm just asking so I know where to avoid."

He stares at me like he's trying to assess if I'm telling the truth. And honestly, I'm relieved that we're not sharing the same bedroom. We may be married now but it doesn't mean that we have to be in each other's space all the time.

Without taking his eyes off me, he says, "There's a pen and paper in your left nightstand drawer. List down everything you need and I'll have someone get them for you."
