"Examination? Pass? You didn't tell me before." Long Lei raised her brows in confusion.

Meng Zhang rolled his eyes at her stupid question. " Isn't it normal? Holy Kunlun sect is the most powerful in this continent. You can't enter it without passing their criteria."

What was this trouble?

Although she was way too overpowered now because of that treasure she got from senior Xuan it does not mean that she was a genius who can do everything whatever she wanted to do like those super awesome protagonists.

"What kind of test? Do you know?"

"It changes every time so I can't be sure but don't worry, with your talent, you can surely enter the sect with flying colors." Meng Zhang proudly assured her.

After watching her defeating the sovereign Lord and getting the acceptance of the soul flute he was sure of her talent. Beside his fanatic mind was also responsible for his ultimate devotion towards her.

Long Lei could only chuckle as she thought about her upcoming future.

She was merely a cannon fodder meant as a stepping stone for those cool main characters. How can she easily enter the top set with her pathetic luck?

The azure dragon thought that he was putting pressure on her with his demands and thought that she might be scared because of his over-enthusiasm. "Don't be afraid. I will be there to support you."

"Yeah! I know." Long Lei could just smile in return.

They were currently on the way towards the Lunar Valley where supposedly the Holy Kunlun sect was hidden.

Long Lei was afraid that she would not be able to pass the test with her average talent. She didn't want to mix between those powerful people who will be responsible for overturning the world in the future.

She was lazy and cultivation was equaled to hardworking. She was a martial sky expert now and which means she has successfully formed her core now. In a martial core, there are two major separations, first is martial earth and the second is the martial sky.

Why would she need to cultivate more when she was not interested in getting into trouble? So in these two years she was in Jianghu and living with Nangong Bai Yu, her Godfather she has only learned some basic self-defense and did some alchemy to relieve her boredom.

She was not a super genius that was better in everything. She had a little bit of talent and generously got the inheritance left by those three sisters.

"Is there a way to enter the sect without giving the test?" She proved the old foolish dragon.

"What?" Meng Zhang was bewildered. Why would his mistress ask such a question? A powerful girl like her who can defeat heaven and earth. She was the successor of Shen Xin Yi. How can she be not daring enough to take the test and enter that place with her head high?

"Why? Are you not confident enough?"

Long Lei did not want to tell him the truth of her actions. She quickly shook her head. "It's not like that. You know I am just lazy. Moreover, my brothers and sisters are also in that sect. Would not I expose myself while giving the test and attracting everyone's attention?"

She confidently asked him, not forgetting to show her narcissism.

The azure dragon was duped easily by her worried face as she told him about her concern.

"I didn't think about it, Lei'er. Forgive me for my negligence." Now he was worried about her. He could easily help her in defeating her family but in the long run, it would put a blemish in her life. "Well, there is a way but it will be difficult."

Long Lei immediately smiled like she got the amnesty from him. "What is it? Tell me I can do anything to do that."

Meng Zhang was not sure and didn't really want to tell her the other methods to enter inside the most prestigious sect in the continent.

"The first method is to get a teacher and becoming his disciple. It is the easiest method. The other method will be too hard for you even if you are a genius."

To get a teacher? What a poop idea? How will she get a teacher on such short notice without even participating in that difficult test conducted by the organization?

"Say something that is possible to do. Can you even find a teacher who is willing to take me in? Don't joke with me. Tell me another method."

The azure dragon shook his head as he didn't want to put her in trouble before she becomes a Martial Spirit expert.

"No, Lei'er, it's too dangerous for you." He opposed her decision.

Long Lei was frustrated. Why was her life so difficult? Every other choice she makes turns out to be dangerous. God must be playing with her.

She knew that the azure dragon cares about her and would try any means to protect her. Hence he was not willing to tell her the other method to join the sect.

"Okay! Tell me, I will decide the final outcome."

"But," Meng Zhang wanted to change her mind.

Long Lei patted his shoulder to calm him down. "Trust me. I would not gamble with my life."

The azure dragon agreed disheartened. "You can use soul flute to directly gain the inheritance of Shen Xin Yi from Shen Xin tower located inside the Holy Kunlun Sect."

He told her the other option that she could do but it involves greater risk. If the elders of the sect knew that she had the soul flute with her they would try every method to kill her and get the soul flute for their use and get the inheritance from Shen Xin tower.

Nangong Bai Yu was also not there to protect the tower. With Long Lei's minimum strength she would not be able to come out unscathed from the sect.

Holy Kunlun Sect was reliable but after the death of Shen Xin Yi and Nangong Bai Yu's departure, it had slowly turned into a vicious kingdom.

There were both good and bad people but without the support of anyone powerful backing her, she would only be removed from the situation.

The bad ones would try to get the key to Shen Xin tower and the good ones would not be able to do anything when they will be bound by the rules and future of sect by those cunning elders.

Meng Zhang told her about every possible consequence that she would have to face if she tried this method.

Long Lei was silent. She knew everything Meng Zhang said was the absolute truth of this world. She has read countless novels and had the experience even if she was a newcomer in this world.

There must be something else that she could exploit without getting in trouble. If anything that the lazy Long Lei was good in that was using her brain. She has always liked to fight with her brain. She was an average student but a smart human.

"You are right. It is too risky." Long Lei agreed. She was not interested in the dog fight of this world but it doesn't mean that she would not protect herself in that upcoming change of this world.

There must be a loophole that she could use to enter without doing the things discussed before. There was still one week left to cross the blue sea and enter the Lunar Valley. She was traveling on the back of the azure dragon. They were not in a hurry to go there and were leisurely moving to their destination.

"See! There is a town. We should rest today. I will think of a new plan and tell you tomorrow." Long Lei suggested stopping in the nearest town.

Meng Zhang knew they didn't have any new option for now so he dejectedly agreed with her idea. "Okay! If that's what you want. I will look for the inn."

"No need. I have a better place to stay." Long Lei smiled mysteriously.
