 A flicker of surprise passed over Instructor Waldo's face, then he said regretfully, "Advanced level Amulets, huh? You're a litle bit late. All the recent Advanced level Amulets have been sold out."

"What do you mean by 'sold out'?" Amalia asked.

"It means someone had bought a large quantity of Advanced level Amulets and the school's stock has been depleted. Advanced level Amulets aren't something you can just easily produce. So, they might not be available for a while," explained Instructor Waldo, regretting his decision to sell all of them after hearing Amalia also need then.

Amalia remembered something.

When Kenny Lin's incident happened, she once saw a post on the school forum about someone who buying Amulets in large quantities.

"As for Elite level Amulets, there are even fewer of those; they're already scarce," Instructor Waldo added, while shaking his head.
