Celestia's POV:
Father Oberon brightened up as soon as I got into the room. He tried to get up from the bed, but I made him rest back on the mattress.
"Father, please relax! Don't stress too much," I said to him.
He beamed at me. But the smile on his face seemed unnatural. His eyes were clearly showing off all his pain and anxiousness.
"My child, how can I relax after knowing that the trickster is thriving to get you again?"
"Father," I screamed. "Please don't think that I will go back to him again. I am not going to leave your side—"
Then I sat down on the bed beside him and held the hand of a mighty warrior that had killed over a countless number of shadow creatures.
"Father, I have finally regained the trust of my people and you. So I am not planning to lose it ever again even though-"
I stopped talking when I realized that I was about to blab out the truth. But my father caught my bluff.
