Lucien desperately crawled aside as a giant Maple tree almost stomped him flat as it ran with its gigantic roots.

The shaking of the ground seemed to grow in intensity, not showing any sign of stopping.

"Shit, something's coming." 

Lucien caught a glimpse from somewhere far from him. In the direction of the tomb earlier. Something from underneath explodes, and raging crimson flames burn the nearby plants.

Lucien saw one tree immediately bolt away as the fire hit it. It desperately used its roots to extinguish the fire, but the more it tried, the fiercer it burned.

Within seconds, the fire took over, the tree stopped moving. The lush green leaves and strong trunk turned to charred coals before it immediately collapsed into a pile of ashes.
