Caroline blinked her eyes open and looked at Karen. 

"Miss Simons, why are you looking at me like that? I know you don't like me but I don't suppose you can do anything about that, can you? You'll have to buck up if you want to find work, you know. Your abilities mean everything in the workplace. If you can't prove yourself, you'll be kicked out of the park. All you can blame is yourself at that point," Karen smirked as she said.  

"No, I just wanted to remind you that a good reaction from the audience doesn't mean much. After all, Neon's not that well known yet, it's not worldwide famous by any means. If you manage to get more clients to sign with the company, I'll give credit where it's due."

After Caroline finished speaking, she continued to rest her eyes.
