Zero opened his HUD and went to the map area. Thanks to the civilian they spoke to, she had given them an in-game 'secret' which had surprisingly updated their map with an area they had never been to before.

This was what the Vipers wanted from Havens Fall; and according to the civilian they spoke to, they had long since wrestled it out of them. But this was just the location to the key needed to enter the new area which wasn't far outside Haven's Fall. The key led to a different location that would be updated on their map once they had it.

The Vipers hadn't been able to retrieve the key yet due to what was told to be guarding it - a creature that was meant for players that had systems upgraded past at least level 15.. That explained why Silas spent so much time gathering forces and weapons.

"So, do you think she was telling the truth?" Kai asked as they descended down a dirt trail that ran parallel with a grassy hill.
