Resumen
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to wake up in a body that wasn't yours? A much, much younger body?
I can't say that I had ever given it much thought.
That was until one night when a patient entered the ER where I was working at and shot me point blank in the head. You know, if he wanted a second opinion, all he had to do was ask.
But that's besides the point...
Some how, some way, I work up in a strange hospital with a woman that looked suspiciously like my mother holding my hand and crying. Over joyed to see her, it took me a few minutes to realize that I was no longer the 25 year old, successful doctor at one of the most prestigious hospitals in the world. Nope, I was a 6 year old girl that for a moment... wanted her mother.
When the apocalypse comes, it is everyone for themselves. I have three choices: do I fight for what I want? Will I run away and hide, or will I freeze when the demons of my past come back to haunt me?
You might know me as the Healer, but this is my story to tell.

Fight, Flight, or Freeze is the second novel in the Rebirth in the Apocalypse series, this time featuring the Healer: Wang Tian Mu and her men.
You won't have to read the first one to be able to understand this one, and she is not going to stay a child for the whole thing.
Li Dai Lu and her guys will be popping in occasionally, but this is strictly Wang Tian Mu's story!

Realy awesome Story i highly recommend reading the writing style is so fluid i am sure you will enjoy it as Much as i did and will in the future the mc character is straight Forward with a joking side and the ml is lovable already with Him protecting her and i am looking Forward to the future chs keep up the good work author and good luck
I have just started this (35 chapters in) and there are only 70 in the novel so far, but oh! this is G O O D! The idea is novel enough, the ML is a hunk and adorable, the FL is funny and quite the mystery still.i just can't wait to read more. So while I don't do a lot of reviews I'm sticking mine here to encourage the author to.continue and make this the great story it could be - but not too long!!.rooting for you!
The book is ok, just not my genre. Also it seems to be changing genre at the point I stopped. This is definitly not the standard book you see here if you are looking for something different. There is not a steady update cycle so be prepared for that as well. However there does not seem to be many grammar issues and the like you see with many translations.
Leaving a review after reading the taste test. MC is smart. She knows it, shows it, and flaunts it confidently while minding her own business. But will others let her enjoy life peacefully? Of course not! The author does a great job at adding some spice here and there to keep things interesting.
Stepping back into this post apocalyptic world, I really enjoyed the Healers story. The character development, particularly for the FL, was interesting and kept me invested. The MLs were all such strong and appealing individuals but I couldn’t help having favourites (Rip ftw 🥰). Perhaps some more individual time with their dearly loved Wang Tian Mu would have been awesome, and I would have loved seeing them unleash their powers more. I feel that we just scratched the surface of their capabilities and that’s a little sad, but it did let the Healer shine and that was satisfying (especially after her time in Hell camp). I’m happy to recommend this story and while it can safely be considered a standalone novel, I personally would suggest reading Third Time’s a Charm first. That book was outstanding and given the crossover of characters here, the reader would value those interactions so much more if you understood that story, the extra information on the world, the apocalypse and zombies etc, plus the secrets of the characters.
Good storyline, lots of clever humor, interesting characters, fits well with other books by this author.
Thanks for the story. Just finished benching it in two days, and decided to give it a rating. But that requires a 40 word review. So yeah. It was very attention grabbing from start to middle but fell off a bit a the end. And the power growth wasn’t the best documented but other than that no complaints.
I almost feel bad that the only guy she doesn't hook up with is her childhood sweetheart and fiancee, almost. Good story, but now I have to figure out who Hecate was in Greek mythology.

I always love books that are written in the first person narrative. This book made me cry, it made me laugh and all the other emotions in between. 👍🏼👍🏼 two thumbs up! 😜
