The former Celestial Hunter decided to revisit the ruins of the former Beast Conqueror Sect and Jing Clan Estate which was situated on the outskirts of the region the Huo Clan was established in.

Through Huo Renyi's development in the soul bond he shared with the former Celestial Hunter, Zou Jiayi was now capable of remaining outside his body in a spiritual form which was invisible to the eyes of others.

When they reached the ruins where Huo Renyi initially performed the summoning ritual for Zou Jiayi's soul, his eyes softened with grief and anguish. Previously, he thought of the area as nothing more than just the debris and remains of a fallen clan and sect.
