Capítulo 7: Chapter 7: The North Castle
"Do you think they will make it?"
William questioned while all four of them were in the main hall of the north castle. The mysterious abandoned castle that was lying in the middle of the north forest- a forest of mysteries and wonders. There were many myths regarding this forest. From being called the lost forest to the one having the remedy to cure sick people, it had it all.
The north castle was abandoned many years ago when the people went on missing and murdered. Some used to say that those who missed were called upon by their beloved ones and now they have found peace.
With all the myths, it was hard to believe any of the statements given. So to lessen the loss of vampires, the north castle was sealed and locked.
North castle and royal castle were in the territory of vampires as they got to get them while dividing the land.
So here is a theoretical map. Royal Castle, north forest, and north castle were under vampires. Behind them were three towers, a witch state, and planes that were of witches. and ahead of the vampires' territory were states of wolves where their packs had been expanding their land.
"Not! I think they will kill each other" Antony stated.
"Interesting! They have my consent" Charles was enjoying it so much. Even he couldn't decide...whether he was enjoying Antony's disgusted expressions or the weird alliance idea.
"They will...they have to" Elizabeth stated. "We are their mentors, more stubborn than them. if we can, they can too" They all seemed to agree. Charles grinned.
"See there is a reason why I found you attractive", Charles finds it necessary to tease
Antony glared at him
"Aa- but not more than Antony", the unstoppable Charles.
On this, Antony just gritted his teeth

"Ummm, excuse me, everyone...." Jade said sheepishly while looking at both the parties who had been eyeing each other since the mentors left. She was afraid they might end up killing each other.
"I am quite surprised at what elders have decided....thinking that witches can be of any help against rogue wolves....huh...what a joke" Lucas scoffed and Sophie laughed mockingly.
"O don't get me started bloodshot...they need brains that you don't have" April was not going to let it go easily.
"Okay everyone...relax!" jade tried calming the situation. Both parties glared at her. Right. She had no one's favor
"Stay out of it nerd!"
"Ahhh...I want to sleep...I am tired" whined Anna. " So the thing is, you all can fight and kill each other, meanwhile I and Jade will be off to north castle" she stated.
"But Elizabeth asked us to stay together" jade answered.
" Oh, do you seriously think they will...let all of them be how they are... you know the path right...."
"Forest of mysteries. They say if you don't know the right path, you might encounter the dead" Sophie stated.
" Oh...the vamp is scared to go in I think" Albert taunted.
"Of course, I am scared I won't be able to hold myself back if to drink your blood"
"Here is the map everyone, just see it once... I know you all won't be staying together...but-" The moment she took out the map, everyone looked at it once, and at that very moment, April snatched it. It was gone, vanished in the air. April smirked.
"Thanks, nerd"
The vampires flew away. And witches used their magic to get off the scene.
"Wait what?" it took Jade a moment to realize that she was left alone. Oh, so they all went, with the maps fed in their minds, and there stood jade, with no map and all by herself.
"Guess it's me and me," she said to herself, shrugged her shoulders, and faced the north forest. the impact of the forest was enough to make her shiver up her spine. She gulped. Closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
"You can do it Jade...just trust your instincts!", She mustered up her courage, tighten her hold on her bag that was one of her shoulders, and went inside...in between surety and suspicion.

" See I told you they would behave like this!" Antony said
"At least they started..."
"They are taking it way easy than they think..."
"To be honest, even I cannot solve the labyrinth of the north forest" Charles confessed and they all looked at him. As it was in the territory of vampires, Elizabeth and Antony just knew about its myths and mysteries. But they never had visited it.
"William, can you explain a bit?"
"What Charles meant is that you might encounter dead if the path is wrong. Or you might get stuck."
"Simple the case...the lost gets sucked by the forest. There is a saying that the forest is alive. That is why it doesn't like anyone's presence who is trying to interrupt the peace"
"What are you saying, Charles?" Antony asked. He was still confused.
"Just be ready...even though, I hope there might not a situation where you have to go and rescue your witches."
" It's getting dark," William said while looking outside the large window. Dark clouds were hovering all around the sky.
"Just saying...was it a good choice to send them in there?" Elizabeth was worried.
"Of course, or else they won't know how to survive together."
They were monitoring all their pupils through their minds.
"Everything is fine until rogues and dead came in their way" William stated.
"Or they invade their place" Charles added. His eyes were following jade. Owen gave an emerald scent to a weakling, it was not enough to explain. Something was off, or maybe on. Whatever the case was, he knew that Owen won't take any action without a reason.
