"What? What is it?! I didn't see it!" Honey pries at my fingers, determined to get a peek.

Oh, Jun, if there's a hell just for you, you're going there for sending me a bondage kit and lacy undergarments. I clench the lid down over the gift box, keeping it firmly closed. "It's… nothing, Honey. Grown-up stuff, don't worry about it."

But Suyin's already in hysterics, wiping tears from her eyes. "I knew it! He's the kinkiest of them all!" Her laughter echoes through the room, and I can't help but turn a shade brighter than the red ribbon on the box. Great, now even Suyin has seen it—this is mortifying.

Once Suyin catches her breath and Honey looks sufficiently distracted, I sneak another peek inside the box and spot a second envelope. I'll deal with that one later.
