Capítulo 27: EVIE LEE'S POV
I bolt upright to the chiming of my phone. Who could possibly be calling me by this time!? I groaned in annoyance and lay back down using my pillow to block out the noise, hoping the person would get the hint and stop calling but the ringing continued.
I stretched out my hand and snatched the phone bringing it to my ear.
''What!?'' I snapped at whoever it was without checking the caller ID.
''Good morning to you too'' Zack's snobby voice greeted me.
''Ughh. it's like 3am in the.....'' I froze shock at the time. Oh shit!.
''Yup'' He said already knowing what made me pause. ''Unless you wanna get in serious trouble, better get-''
I didn't bother waiting for him to finish and hung up. The fear of being late washed away my earlier grogginess.
Shit! Shit!! Shit!!!
I didn't bother going to the bathroom and just threw on a t-shirt and jean, putting on the first pair of sneakers I saw.
I grabbed my phone and handbag and without thinking much about it, teleported to a bathroom stall, luckily, it was empty. So, in less than 5 minutes, I had brushed my teeth and managed to tame my unruly curls.
I stepped into the hallway just in time to hear the bells for classes ring.
Phew. I made my way over to my first class.
