After dinner, a long shower and packing my new clothes in the closet with Bunbun tucked safely in her little bed, did Dad come to have an official chat with me. 

"These are cute," he smiled as he lifted the leopard print knee high platform boots with a matching handbag, "I haven't seen you dress like this in a long time. I'm happy you're going back to it."

I gave him a shy smile and nodded, "London makes me feel adventurous again."

"Don't let Vasili see these. He might just steal them," he chuckled and helped me pack my handbags on their dedicated shelves. When we were done I sat on the floor with him on the couch as he gently brushed my hair for me. "I'm sorry about Ethan, Demyan. It wasn't fair to either of you."

"How did he take it afterwards?" I pouted as I pet Bunbun's head as she soundly slept on my lap.
