Of course, it's Realm of power was not at that level. It's Strength was at the level of genuine Stars as well, which was equivalent to the base stats of a person born as a Transcendental.

But Enigma was not worried. He bestowed the fellow with a Transcendental Physiology, which resonated well with the Reiki that could rival newly promoted Transcendentals.
