Capítulo 142: Intoxicated

Mariner blue eyes that could render a person motionless, a gentle glint in them. His angular cheekbones carved down towards a flinty jaw. And he was so tall that he had to tower over her. As he lowered his head, the strands of his brown hair fell on his brows. His tanned skin seemed to be glowing because of the lights from the chandeliers.

A small smile appeared on the devilish face when he saw her stunned expression, "You didn't expect this, did you?" He leaned closer to her but the moment his face was dangerously close to hers, a small dagger slashed through the air, swishing in the space between their lips. 

Esme closed her eyes instinctively. 

'Sss'

Her eyes snapped open when she heard the sound of sharp inhaling. 

It was as if she suddenly came back to her senses. 

She massaged her forehead slowly. What happened to her a moment ago? She was almost lost in his gaze. She fell into a trance earlier.
