Andromeda was at a loss for words to counter Liu Xueyi. 

She knew he had a strong point. Scratch that—he was right, but deep down she felt sad for Yu Weilan.

Liu Xueyi placed both hands on her shoulder as he lowered himself to one knee until they were on the same level. 

His gaze softened. It was her charm and his undoing to have a woman just as herself as his lover. 

"I know it is hard, but everyone saw your performance today. And I am not saying this because you are my woman, but it was brilliant."

For a moment there, Andromeda was lost in those perfect black orbs and felt joy seep into her, spreading through her veins.

Although she felt Yu Weilan's pain a part of her was happy for her performance when she saw the reaction of the audience. 

She was immediately thrust back to that pivotal moment and smiled.
