CHAPTER 139

Gao Yeemi was so shocked to see she had been left alone in the living room and hurried back on her feet, dusting her butt in response. 

Her eyes dimmed in anger, crossing her arms in front of her chest and waiting for him when she heard the sound of plates clicking against each other and the clatetring of cutlery set.

Quietly, Gao Yuemi waited for his return and when Liu Xueyi did, she folded her arms underneath her bosom, waiting for his apology but to her surprise, he did nothing of the sort as he settled the plate on the dining table and walked back to the living room. 

"Liu Xueyi!"

"Quiet it down," he hushed her.

"Hey, I fell you know. I am your guest, why treat me like one of those latching on ladies, huh?"

He let it a sigh, rolling his eyes at her poor performance before facing her completely.
