Capítulo 84: A frigging demon lord

A few weeks passed by.

Borman, the ex-Sergeant was pretty efficient in his work.

He maintained secrecy and kept solid contact through the Misty Heralds.

And we'd made progress too. Namely- we might or might not have found a mansion where there was supposedly an elf family living right now.

Just the other day, Father actually landed on a job, but day laboring was hardly his thing. He kept coming back battered and both me and mom feared he was going to repeat what happened the last time. 

So, I had to do something fast. And that was what I would have done but-

But there were a few problems. 

In order to take over the city- I couldn't just rely on these few gangsters.

They weren't powerful enough.

I had to enslave those elves and then- take over.

A city was good enough.

Easy to control, but not small enough to feel too bored.
