Capítulo 5: Chapter 5: Liz, The Imposter
After 2 hours of convincing Liz to be an Imposter, Jacob finally made Liz seal the contract.
Liz decided to take job. She's confident she could do the task. It is because Jacob and her have same features in appearance. It'll only take few changes for Liz to look exactly the same as Jacob.
The difference between them are just the voice, Liz's Breast and the hair. And everything is the same. Its like one of them is a copy of the other but with some slight modifications.
Also, Liz knew that her acting skill is above average. She could be well compared to those excellent Actors and actresses.
And with some help of Jacob's informations and guidance, this Job could be possible.
The other reasons why Liz agreed to be Jacob was what will she get in return.
The price that Jacob is willing to give are a lot than Liz expected to be.
One of them is a Billion dollar-mansion that Jacob owned. 4 out of 8 Jacob's Tesla Cars. Ownership of one of Jacob's Company. 1 Big Ranch that's around 1,400 Hectares of land in coverage. These are the things that Liz will get if she finished the job.
The pre-payment was 25% of the money that Jacob have in the bank, and was transferred immediately to Liz's account.
Liz had no idea of how much money does Jacob had given to her but she knew for sure, it was a lot.
The biggest temptation that Jacob said to Liz that made her irked and totally agreed to it was... she'll be meeting his favorite celebrity, the person she believed to be her love of her life, Chris Evergreen.
Liz found out that Jacob is one of the cast of the new movie that Chris and him will be making.
Aside from needing the money desperately for her family, she really wanted to meet Chris.
Although, she knew that Chris won't know the real her but at least she could meet him and talk to him and work with him in person.
Its like a dream of every fan.
But Liz didn't let herself to be off guarded. She knew Jacob is up to something. She tried asking him about it but Jacob said, he just want to have time for himself and be free from responsibilities.
Liz acted she believed him but she really doesn't. Liz just played along. She just really need the money.
Nothing seems wrong in the contract though. It is clean and no loop holes.
But with insane amount of price that he's willing to give to her isn't normal at all.
For the sake of her Family and her happiness, she is willing to take the risk.
Liz thought everything will be revealed soon if she finish the job.
...
4 Days later
The Casting for the new incoming movie was done. The place were set, all of the Actors and Actresses are ready and all things were prepared.
The Cast crew made it to the Philippines and held a small party for the Casts.
It is meant for the Cast to be more aware and get to know more of each other and to avoid awkward happenstance in the actual production.
One by one, the emcee introduced all the actors and actresses who will be in the production of the new Movie.
Everyone started cheering, giving applauses and chatting with their fellow actors/actresses.
All were there except for two people. These two are the ones who got the two leading roles of the Movie.
Chris Evergreen and Jacob McKelly.
A Long, black Limo stopped in front of a tall and huge hotel.
Lights were flickering at the top of the hotel, it seems like there's a party of some kind.
The door of a Limo opened and a handsome man walked out. He wore All Saints Cuban-collar shirt worn over a white scoop-neck vest, which, in turn, proudly displayed his chest tattoos.
He paired it with plain Blue fit jeans for the bottom.
All the ladies looked at him turned gaga because of his finely honed pecs.
Everyone who recognized him screamed his name.
"Chris Evergreen!" A woman shouted on top of her lungs.
All the ladies who knew him turned around to look at him. Blood rushes inside of them and started to run towards Chris.
Guards in Black suit blocked Chris from the stampede and made way for him.
"Chris, hold my hand!"
"Chris, I love you!!!"
"Rail me!"
"I want to be the mother of your children!"
"Look at the camera!"
All were rioting over Chris but Chris had gone off inside the hotel.
"Woah! I have really great fans here in the Philippines. That's really awesome. This place isn't bad. This place is great." Chris happily said after he got out of the riot.
He walked inside the hotel and asked the receptionist.
The Receptionist almost fainted after seeing Chris. Her legs went limp, her heart started beating fast like there's someone beating it with sticks inside like a drum.
The Receptionist recognized Chris immediately and lead him up to the rooftop.
Chris entered the elevator.
Before the elevator closes, the noise outside began to get louder. The cheers began to beat the noise above the hotel. The People inside heard it and were curious and looked.
They then saw a Person coming from a Tesla Vehicle.
He wore a all black suit. He looks so handsome in this attire. The ladies couldn't help but open their mouth and saliva began to drool out.
Some couldn't say anything but just scream.
"Jacob McKelly!"
Chris heard the name and put his lips into a thin line.
He's a little upset because everyone screamed and cheered more louder for Jacob than him.
A figure came inside the hotel and went straight to the elevator. The Receptionist who was still in a daze after seeing Chris, saw Jacob. Her eyes almost fell off.
"What the f-" She then fainted when she saw him.
"So... handsome... I'm in heaven..." The receptionist said while being tapped by the other people in the reception post.
The door of the Elevator started to close.
Jacob saw it and started to catch up. He want to slid his hand between to stop the door from closing completely but someone already did it.
The door opened once again letting Jacob in.
Jacob looked at the person who helped him get in.
Jacob's eyes sparkled.
"Chris..." The name he wanted to say. The name he wanted to call out. But he can't and he shouldn't. Because he is Jacob. Liz have become Jacob. And now, Liz couldn't do that or the plan would fail.
She put a cold face and went to the side and stare at the empty space coldly.
She didn't even said thank you.
Chris didn't say anything and did the same.
The silence were making things awkward.
Liz felt regret for being so silent and being Jacob. She thought Jacob and Chris have some kind of good friendship between each other but they don't.
They treat themselves coldly.
Liz wanted to punch Jacob right now.
When the number got its highest, the door opened. A guy in a suit professionally greeted them and guided them to the place where the party was being held.
The guy led them to the backstage and informed the staff that Jacob and Chris had arrived.
The emcee started calling everyone's attention.
"And here's our two biggest actors who got the two leading roles in the movie! Are you ready? Let's welcome! Chris Evergreen as Eric Clarkson!" Enthusiastically said by the emcee.
The crowd bursts into cheers.
The emcee screeched when Chris walked on the stage.
"Oh my god! He's so hot!!! Daddy!" The emcee forgot that the mic he got was still on and everybody heard what he said.
The emcee was shocked by this and covered his face with a paper. Chris looked at him with a sexy smirk.
The emcee's eyes went to hearts after seeing him do that
"Daddy Chris loves me!" He exclaimed inside his head.
A staff reminded him that there's one more person he needs to call because he was so caught up in his daydream.
The Emcee apologized and continued. With the same energy and excitement, he called Jacob McKelly to the stage.
"And now... let's welcome... Jacob McKelly as Timothy Ackerman!"
As the crowd applaud and cheered, no one came out and walked on stage.
The crowd was then put into confusion.
As the crowd went silent, a guy in black suit stepped onto the stage. When the light struck his suit, it dazzled.
The guys was about 5'9" in height. His skin is tanned color. He looks so fit and wholesome in his attire.
All of the people in the party were instantly spelled by his charm and beauty.
Everyone thinks that his charm is unique. He gives masculine and feminine type of energy. He's radiating with it.
All the people had their mouths open.
"Is that Jacob McKelly supposed to be? I don't remember him like this. Well, he is handsome and nice but its like he improved. He is so damn Gorgeous!"
Everyone began gossiping. Thinking of any possibilities what had changed on Jacob.
Liz who was acting as Jacob kept her cool.
She walked down and joined the others.
"Hello everyone!" Liz greeted them. Her voice was gone. It changed Jacob's really alluring voice. And her hair was cut off into Jacob's Hair style.
Liz casually greeted them and they greeted her warmly.
Liz acted professionally as Jacob. Everyone thinks that he is Jacob McKelly. People were chatting with her, asking her questions about personal things and work things and such.
The party was smooth sailing. Everyone had fun with the entertainments and foods.
Liz checked the surroundings.
Her eyes suddenly fell onto Chris. Chris was talking to some of the girls in the party. The girls started laughing like Chris' had just made a very hilarious joke.
Liz was so jealous that she wants to break the wine glass in her hand.
She then grabbed a fork and get some food and vent her jealousy on it.
As she was getting one, a woman walked beside her.
"Are you sure you're going to eat that? I heard that there's cheese inside it. You don't like cheese right?" A woman that looks like at her 20's, reminded Liz about it.
Liz looked at the Filipino Delicacy that he was about to eat. It was called Lumpia. It is a meat-filled dish that is famous in the Philippines. It is made of seasoned ground pork with cheese on it (depends if you want to add some) and Lumpia wrappers. Lumpia Wrapper are also referred as spring roll wrappers are thin paper-like skins. They are soft and light textured but they are strong enough to wrap and hold your fillings without breaking apart.
Liz remembered that Jacob is lactose intolerant and food with milk or dairy products isn't good for him.
Liz almost made a mistake.
"Oh it does? Thank you so much for reminding me, Clarise." Liz smiled at Clarise who reminded her of Jacob's dairy problems.
Liz remembered about Clarise Jones. She was Jacob's ex. Things might look awkward but just like how Jacob handled things, Liz just nodded at her and walked away.
Clarise's face turned into a sad one. She thought she could talk with Jacob again but he never change. she thought that Jacob is still that person with an icy personality.
Clarise proceed to taste some of the Filipino Delicacies.
Liz was told not to converge into any conversations with Jacob's exes. Jacob reminded her that only give them simple replies and walk away.
Liz was disappointed though. She doesn't like being cold but this is a Job she took and there's nothing that she could do other than doing what Jacob's asked to do.
She randomly looked at Chris' direction. Girls were whispering behind his ears and he also starts nodding. Then, they started walking away from the crowd.
Wild thoughts started appearing inside Liz's mind.
"Are they going to do something?" Liz asked herself.
"No, I wouldn't let that happen!" Liz stood up from her seat and followed them.
