"A Southpaw that could pitch steadily at 157km/h - 158km/h and it's still a first year, damn you tenshin!" Ichidaisan coach looks at the figure of Jiro going towards seido bench enviously.

Everyone is full of excitement as the umpire announced to have the teams switch side that means the fifth inning is over and it's now in the sixth inning the score still at 11-8 it's now again seido turn for offense.

"Yhahaha nice pitching out there!"

"Damn you're showing off too much pretty boy!"

The other first string praise Jiro as they have arrived back at the bench getting ready for their offense. The momentum that ichidaisan have worked hard to get is now gone after witnessing Jiro pitch, it's all on seido side now as the regulars was fired up seeing their kohai performance on the mound.

"Good job" kataoka praise Jiro as the kid surpass his expectations for him out there

"Now go out there and get more runs for us!"

While on the other side, in the ichidaisan bench. Ichidaisan coach is encouraging his players

"We don't know where did that monster suddenly pop up from but we are Ichidaisan High School! We have slayed monster players before so go out there to defend and score some runs the next inning, got it boys?"

"YES SIR!"

The momentum of the game shifted once again on seido and everyone is currently fired up knowing that the first at bat in this inning is their captain.

Everyone watch as Yuki stood at the batters box exuding his aura that puts pressure greatly at ichidaisan ace on the mound.

'This one is a monster too' Ichidaisan ace Manaka thought as he met Yuki's terrifying gaze on him. As he saw his catchers call asking for an inside slider for the first pitch he nods and started his pitching motion. 'I won't lose to that first year' is what running on his mind right now.

The sound of the wind breaking as Yuki terrifying fast swing break through it making the catchers of ichidaisan shiver as before he the ball could enter his mitt a shadow of a bat appeared in front of it

*DONGGGGG

The ball was hit and landed in between the third baseman and the outfielder before they could even react as ball travels so fast. So Yuki safely made it to the second base smoothly.

No outs someone at 2nd base.

"Nice batting!" Everyone at seido cheered for their captain.

"That was one hell of a swing!"

"The swing speed of that captain of Seido has already surpassed highschool level"

"He's also in a league of his own, that seido 4th bat"

The audience reacted as usual after seeing a beautiful play from Yuki Tetsuya on the field.

"HAHAH THAT'S CAP BATTING FOR YOU!" A certain loudmouth could be heard instantly in the seido stands.

"It's masuko senpai next" Kanemaru said

"Ohh that's right! MASUKO SENPAI BLAST IT OUT!" Sawamura once again shouted earning him glares from ichidaisan players and supporters as they heard what he said.

"Eijun-kun pls calm down" Haruichi said trying to pull sawamura to sit down again as boy already was standing up getting more attention for himself

Everyone at seido laugh when they heard their kohai usual loud voice especially his roommate Kuramochi.

"Yhahaha he's as loud as ever"

Masuko on the other hand is fired up after hearing his kohai cheered for him. As he observed Manaka on the mound beginning his pitching motion once again.

'A fastball' The big man on the batters box thought as he saw the ball coming glad inside as it was a fastball.

*SWISHHH

The sound of air breaking once again could be heard as masuko swing his bat on full power seeing the pitch coming to him.

But before he could hit it dead center the ball turned towards his bat resulting it into hitting the middle instead.

*DONGG

The sound of the bat hitting the ball. Ichidaisan ace smiled as he knows the batter got jammed but immediately have a shock face as he saw the ball flying towards the outfield.

"Outfielder!" Ichidaisan catcher stood up shouting towards their outfielder to catch the ball afraid as he think the possibility of the ball going out the field but have a sigh of relief as the ball started going down not allowing it to be a home run.

Masuko is out as the outfielder managed to catch the ball but Yuki at third base managed to steal 3rd base as masuko was able to send the ball far enough for it. A sacrifice fly.

"ONE OUTT!" Manaka cheered trying to up his teammates moral and he succeeded as a focus gaze could be seen in the ichidaisan gaze once again.

'He managed to send a jammed pitch that far? Damn I have to be wary of this batter too' Ichidaisan ace thought inside.

"Nice batting senpai!" Miyuki said as masuko passed by him. It's the catcher turn to bat next.

'1 out and Yuki senpai is in third base' Miyuki thought as he started making his way towards the batters box. He looks at their bench especially at coach kataoka waiting if he has some instructions and there are none.

'I can play it however I want hehe' Miyuki thought as he understood kataoka intentions.

'This guy hit a home run at us earlier, let's be cautious of this guy so let's throw that ball here first' ichidaisan catcher thought as he look at his ace on the mound on which he saw nod at his call.

"There's someone at base right now and Miyuki is always reliable at this time"

"Yhaha there's no one as reliable as him when someone is on base"

Jiro heard his senpai talk about his catcher and he can't help but nod agreeing to his senpai's claim. During this time observing and practicing together with Miyuki this past few weeks he learned that Miyuki is good when someone is on base but sucks when someone isn't on base. He deduce from that his senpai can't focus as much as he does when someone is in a scoring position in front of him which he thinks that it needs to be fix if his senpai wants to go further in the path of baseball.

Ichidaisan battery already have decided to throw cutter as they haven't thrown it yet to this batter. Unfortunately for them Miyuki focus is extremely high at the moment and was also eager to see ichidaisan ace cutter ball the moment he saw it being thrown to masuko.

*DONGGG

The sound of the bat hitting the ball sending it behind the 2nd base. Miyuki scored his RBI again as his captain on third base managed to get back home and he himself made it to first base.

"Nice batting!" Everyone cheered at Miyuki's hit as they got another run this inning making the score 12-8 widening the point gap by 1 point.

'He's waiting for it!' Ichidaisan battery can't help but thought as they saw Miyuki's hit.

"No mind!" "Focus on the batter!"

Ichidaisan players sending encouragement to their ace as they saw a frown on their pitcher face.

'It's his turn huh?' Miyuki said to himself as he look towards the person coming to the batters box. Everyone watch the boy with brown and blue eyes slowly making his way in the batters box with a wide smile on his face.

'It's this first year pitcher turn' Ichidaisan ace thought as he watched Seido pitcher made his way towards the batters box. He still can't believe the pitching he saw earlier was done by a first year.

Jiro just casually position himself at the left batters box holding his own wooden bat this time. 'Throw me a good one' he thought smiling looking at ichidaisan ace at the eye.

*DOOMMM

Ichidaisan ace felt the suffocating pressure the first year pitcher of Seido is exuding in the batters box. Everyone turned silent at that as they watch with anticipation the battle between ichidaisan ace and seido monster pitcher.

'Don't bluff with me with your aura alone! You're a pitcher!' Manaka thought as he fights off the pressure that the first year on the batters box sending him as he nods at his catchers call and begun his pitching motion.

*BOOMMM

"STRIKE!" The umpire cried out.

The battery decided to throw an inside slider as the first pitch which Jiro just let's go as he decided to observe the first pitch.

'So that's your slider huh? Good!' Jiro thought to himself as he was getting excited inside when he saw the pitch thrown by ichidaisan ace 'This guy is decent enough, a good pitcher' he thought 'but that's not enough to get me out!'

'Come!' Jiro thought as the pressure he is exuding keeps increasing. Ichidaisan battery could feel it the most as the pressure is directed at themselves.

'Let's throw another slider again, let's be cautious of this guy I'm getting the chills from him' Ichidaisan catcher thought as he give the signal to his pitcher on the mound on which Manaka also agreed as he also won't underestimate the batter anymore.

As ichidaisan saw the pitch coming he thought 'This ball is perfect!'

Jiro just looks at the ball coming at him with a light shining on his eyes 'Slow. The ball is so slow! Come!' he thought as he watch the ball being thrown by ichidaisan ace. The ball isn't really slow as it's traveling at 138km/h a decent speed for a highschool pitcher but unfortunately for them Jiro isn't your regular highschool player as he seen countless balls during his time as a pro baseballer in his last life and the ball he's imagining during his batting practice while swinging his weighted bat is much faster than this so his eyes and body is used to seeing faster balls so this ball thrown by ichidaisan ace is so slow in his eyes.

Jiro waited until the ball arrived in the home plate and seeing the ball suddenly break he made his move

*SWISHHHHH

The sound of the bat shattering the wind could be heard as the bat was a blur at everyones eyes. The swing is too fast for them to follow and it is no less than their captain swing speed

*DOOONGGGG

A loud sound once again reverberated at the stadium as Jiro's bat hit the ball dead center. Next thing that they saw was the ball hitting the stands immediately.
