It was really hard to get away from the beauticians this time. Diamant had hurried into the ship with a frown before she handed the bundle of invitation letters she had gathered to Goben.

By now, Aaron already had those sent far and wide.

Her presence here wasn't really compulsory. They had found a way to distribute the duties amongst one another, leaving her and Lewis out considering the enormous responsibility the wedding was sending their way. Klaus and Ranto were supposed to be the ones giving them reports in the palace but Diamant found this as a means of escape, so she never wanted to miss it. Every moment she spent in preparation of the wedding was a constant reminder that once it happened, she would be doomed forever.

She had once asked Sunain how deeply connected the magic would make her feel with Aaron. Sunain had replied that it would go very deep and if he dies, she would feel the connection snap painfully. She might even lose her mind or die from it.
