The robed devil didn't stand a chance. The hell beasts, with their insatiable hunger and unrelenting fury, descended upon it in a frenzy. They tore its head from its body, ripping it to bits with their monstrous jaws. 

Even though it had a weird ability that allowed it bring those from the dead back to life, there was not just enough power to stand against Athena. besides, this was hell and the fire that these hell beasts produced was so strong that it quenched the undead into nothing but ashes. With ashes, there was nothing to bring back to life. 

This Robed devil had list long before the battle even began. Of course, this was majorly because of its opponents and the field of battle. 

If humans back on earth had also had such ever consuming flames, maybe they would have also stood a chance back then when they had fought the undead commander.
