The Prophet did not lift his head.

"Deal with such trivial matters on your own, there's no need to inform me."

"I recognize the guy driving the vehicle."

"He's from the Hunters Guild."

The one-armed woman answered.

The Prophet stopped praying, "The Hunters Guild?"

"What are they doing here?"

She stood up.

"Take me to see them!"

Meanwhile, Henrik was slowly parking the car near the gathering place.

"They already know we've arrived."

"This is an old gathering place; the people living here all hailed from a tribe in Africa, where the individuals have been worshipping voodoo statues for generations."

Roger was slightly startled; clearly, the Hunters Guild had always been aware of this place.

"During such a sensitive period, being upfront can sometimes save us some trouble since, nominally, the Guild has no jurisdiction here."

He glanced at Roger.

"You stay in the car for now, you disrupted their ceremony that night, approaching them now might just escalate the conflict."
