A group of four left Forbidden Valley quietly on one cold morning. The servants bid them farewell with formal bows, but there was an unspoken enthusiasm in some of them. After all, in the few days Aisling had been back, they realised she held their fate in their hands.
It was good she was gone.
The two demi-angels flew on their beautiful wings, but they still kept a concerned eye at the two women seated on the large white bird. Despite Cal's disgruntlement with Aisling for abandoning it for a couple of months, it was still an obedient bird. It did not pull naughty tricks.
However, Aisling could sense its dissatisfaction through her druidic powers. She was abused because of the attitude of this bird that seemed like it had been bullied but refused to talk about it. With a small smile, rubbed its back.
"I will find you something delicious to eat somewhere, ok?" Aisling said.
