Capítulo 101: Sick and Feverish

For a moment, Anastasia can't believe what she is seeing.

She never saw Zen at such a vulnerable state before. This was worse than when he had an emotional breakdown after he told her about his mother back then. It was also much worse than when he got into a big fight with his father.

Zen just looks so helpless and despairing right now. He seems like he has lost all hope. Anastasia feels her heart twist in excruciating pain at the sight of him drowning himself in alcohol.

"J-Just when..." she stammered out loud with a small sob, her face paling at the view.

"W-When did h-he learn to d-drink so much?"

"For a while now. This is one of the sides of him that he doesn't want you to see," Rupert remarked with a solemn tone and grim expression.

"This is so... so unexpected. Lucien would never do something like this no matter how hard his situation was."
