Info: He was born to Atlantean and Human parents, but he was a stillborn. Poseidon along with Hades bought him back to life along with imbuing him with Divinity making him a Demi-God. This happened shortly after Zeus had created Diana(Wonder Woman).
He was later blessed by Hermes because of his winged feet similar to Hermes own sandals, but also because he thought it would be funny and he wanted be a little petty against Zeus because of Zeus taking Apollo's side when Hermes had just been born and stolen some of Apollo's cattle to make a lyre.
And he thought it might make Zeus angry because his two brothers and his son(Hermes) had blessed the same child straight after he had done the same with Diana the Amazon. Since the Amazons and the Atlantean's didn't get along very well.
Athena later also took a interest in him not only because of the other gods who seemed to be invested in him but also because of his exceptional intelligence, and that he wanted to make peace with others such as the Amazonians. And didn't want to just develop weapons but also wanted to make art and use his intellect for other similar peaceful things.
His hair is like water similar to Poseidon's in the Hades games. His hair is normally black or blonde while underwater, but it becomes blue and water like when not in water. He can choose to make it go back to black or blonde.
This also makes it so that he doesn't need water to keep his full strength since his hair supplements that need.
He chooses to not have his water like hair underwater since it would just make him look bald.
He looks similar to comic Namor from Marvel.
