For these two days, I ate and slept, slept and ate. My guards didn't look that tired either, they didn't even leave my room. This made Tong Lin more certain that he had already won the bet.

Yan Xi tried to come test me using different methods, but I was a green tea and milk tea expert, a talent I cultivated thanks to Nanyang and Jing Yan. As the day drew to an end, Tong Lin had people come to invite me. 

When I arrived, his expression was smug, "Nanxing, when will our bet end?"

I thought and then said, "How about midnight?"

He nodded. "Fine, a little more time won't hurt."

I shrugged. I walked to the dining table and sat down to eat. Eating is important. If I'm hungry, where would I find the strength to escape?

"Nanxing, you really are similar to my aunt." Tong Lin cut at his steak and sighed.

My hand paused. "Actually, why don't you tell me more about my mother? Consider it a bonus for me."
