Ling Feiyi's gloved hands gripped the sleek steering wheel. The engine's low hum echoed in the air. 

"It's about to start..." Liang Sichen murmured. Would he be safe? Would he be safe? This was his first time inside a racing car, and the speed of these cars was daunting. He could only pray he wouldn't feel sick during the race.

Ling Feiyi slid her fingers across the array of buttons on the dashboard, activating the car's complex modifications. The dashboard lit up, displaying a combination of vibrant colors.

The green flag was waved. 

Ling Feiyi glanced at the rearview mirror, her eyes hidden behind the tinted visor of her helmet and forcefully pressed the clutch pedal with her left foot. 

The car's exhaust emitted a low growl. Ling Feiyi smoothly changed gears, and the transmission responding to her touch. The revs climbed, and with a final push on the accelerator, the car surged forward, leaving a trail of dust behind.
