Dago had waited until it seemed youngest of their group were well enough to work again after eating lunch before he waved them back up to their feet. "Let's go. Time to get to work on your feet let's try it again." He said and turned to Bellatrix. "My dear please bring it up window again." He said.
Bellatrix smiled not looking and she nodded her head. She hit several switches while Mara worked on the workstation to the side.
The window image of the night James was taken. Dago moved fast putting his fingers on the bottom of the image and moved the footage back to the image of the man bathed in a golden light.
"Emily!" Dago said with a focused look on his face.
Emily took a breath and she moves forward dipping her hands in the image and removing a copy image of the golden image of the man. She moved fast but carefully put it on down on the carpet.
Silver immediately started ripping away at the layers of gold from the golden image. He moved fast and turned around the image faster then the first time they attempted on the first go.
Thr seconds ticked by fast. Both Dago and Emily were sweating heavily trying their best to hold onto their tasks.
"Silver. How close are you?" Dago asked.
Silver moved even faster and then he took hold of the image. "I got it let go." He said.
Both Dago and Emily fell to the floor and breathed heavy. Dago sighed coming to a sitting position. He stared at the image and came to his feet wiping his brow of sweat.
The image of the mam of mystery was a short middle age wizard with grey eyes and holding at the top of his head with hair on his sides. He was dressed in a all black with dark brown leather vest, jeans and bottoned up shirt.
"Okay." Dago said and then pointed got to too out his glowing metal wand and flashed a jade green light on the image of the man. "Alright Silver take a rest." He said.
Silver fell to the floor breathing heavy. Emily sighed and stared at the man. "Who is he? I don't recognize his face at all. I don't know who the hell he is." She said.
Dago stared at the man. "Neither do I. We might be able to find out very very soon." He said. His metal wand dinged loudly and then he pointed it at the white board.
The image of the man was much younger version appeared on the screen with details of the man and a name. Gillian Gannon Griffin 3rd. Thief. Kidnapper. Con-man.
"That is very useful information." Angus said softly as he appeared in the room and stood glaring at the information on the board.
Angus had a little grey on the sides of his hair. His body wad still big and muscled. He was dressed in his leather jacket and jeans with a peacemaker in his gun belt at his hip.
Dago tapped his wand against his chin. "His type works for someone with money and power." He said.
Angus grunted and glanced at Dago. "He does indeed. How has your travels been going Dago?" He asked.
Dago chuckled. "Amazing well for the most. Mara sent for me. I'm here to get him back." He said.
Angus nodded. "Yeah. You've changed. I can see why James sent you away like he did. It's done you a lot of good." He said. "Give me a few hours to set something up. I'll give you a location on this idiot. You can busy yourself with teaching my grandchildren and improving on the security network." He said.
"Dad." Mara said from then workstation. "You have to be quick about it. Dago has to be out of here in less then forty-eight hours." She said.
Angus nodded. "I'll have to be quick about it then. Dago. Can you change your appearance without a potion?" He asked.
Dago nodded. "Yes. I can. I do a lot things almost on par with James but I working word to catch up with him. Give a two hundred years." He said.
Angus chuckled. "Give me second." He said and disappeared.
Dago rubbed his hands together. "Alright. Let's go. We've got some time before I'll have to do some work on my appearance. Tell me whose got questions. What problems you've got on your mind for more then a year." He said.
Silver smiled and sat up he nodded to Emily. "Let her go first. I don't have much questions on my mind." He said.
Emily stood up carefully. She waved a hand at his face. "Are you wearing a mask to cover your actual age or looks?" She said.
Dago snorted shaking his head. "No. Are you asking my I don't look. Like a broken down forty year old bloke?" He asked.
Emily's face flushed. "I'm just wondering why you look seventeen or in your early twenties. You obviously aren't and you don't sound like a young man." She said
Dago shook his head. "The answer is pretty obvious dear. You haven't bothered to read your father's journals on the old days when we created Hawks Landing during second second stage.." He said.
She frowned at me him shaking her head. "I am am excellent reader. I read the journals. There was no second second stage." She said.
Dago sighed. "On dear me. I can't tell you. You won't understand just yet. What other questions do you have on your mind?'' He said.
Emily glared at him. "Tell me. I'm smart." She said.
Dago shook his head. "I never said you weren't smart or you weren't brilliant. You have mastered an element of creation magic. But, you must come to the answer yourself. I think when you see me again. You should be able to understand obvious reason for why I look the way I look and arrived back here." He said and turned to Silver.
"What questions do you have? They must be very good." He said.
Silver smiled. "Will I be able to live up to my father's legazy?" He asked.
A smile curved on Dago's lips. He laughed with a grin on his face. "Silver. I don't think you'll have anything to worry about. Just a guess on my part." He said with a wink.
