Regardless, it didn't detract from the extreme embarrassment that reddened her cheeks more than the crimson scales decorating her skin.

A wonderous peal of laughter erupted from Silvia's luscious lips, her laughter extremely pleasing but at the same time grating to her ears... and stomach.

But mostly her stomach.

For some reason, Ember found her appetite return all at once. As much as the noise had disrupted the mood, much to her own expense, the true hunger beast inside her was finally uncaged. It was as if her stomach was a barebones thin savage beast. Practically on its deathbed, but the vicious gleam in its eyes spoke of an unyielding tenacity and an insatiable hunger.
