Capítulo 214: Final Preparations

"You see, Cat's usual method of attempting to conquer the Nine Heavens was as simple as it was terrifying. In the Supreme Heaven, she would battle and thwart the Zodiacs wherever she could, while her followers used forbidden techniques of her creation to variously control the minds of the people, enthrall their souls, and even in some cases, puppet their bodies. 

The conflicts with her followers always resulted in immense loss of life, as her followers and those made to submit to them slaughtered those capable of resisting, or not deemed useful to Cat's forces. But the introduction of the Sacred Beasts changed that. They were unable to be controlled by Cat's methods, and strong enough to turn her followers from hunters to the hunted.
