"Stop. If they were going to attack the turtle, they would have already done so when it passed by – they are more than capable of doing that," Lucian whispered, using his tendrils so that she would be facing Makena, who was almost crouching because of how long the ceiling was for her,

"And what are you going to do just rushing there? Your large gray ass would be like a target on the brown Wasteland."
