TYLER’s POV

The newscaster’s voice echoed in my ears as she talked to her partner. “Who would’ve thought that an actor like Jake would date the aloof and quiet model Stella? What a lovely couple. Oh, God, I’m so happy for them. They look so perfect. Right, Henry?”

“Of course, Rina. Their fans already predicted that they would become a good couple and because Jake has been seen many times in Stella’s house, too.”

“Oh, really? I didn’t know that.”

“You have to check Jake’s Instagram, sweetheart.”

“Oh, I will. I will.”

Whatever else they were talking about faded out as my eyes zoomed in on another picture of Stella and Jake playing with the waves, especially on Jake’s hands which were wrapped around her.

My rage was enough to kill that fucking bastard. The anger inside me was as powerful as the agony I was feeling.

What happened to Stella? I told her to wait for me. I promised her that I will do everything to back out from the arranged marriage with Maxine.
