Power Levels
I won't be using the low-class, mid-class, high-class and such for power rankings. I'll be using the tier system for ranking them while the above will be used for showing their political standing.

[ Tier 0 ] : Beings with absolutely no mana
[ Tier 1 ] : Below average Low-class devil
[ Tier 2 ] : Low-class
[ Tier 3 ] : Stronger than peak stage Low-class but not Middle-class
[ Tier 4 ] : Middle-class
[ Tier 5 ] : Stronger than peak stage Middle-class but not High-class
[ Tier 6 ] : High-class
[ Tier 7 ] : Stronger than peak stage High-class but not Ultimate-class
[ Tier 8 ] : Ultimate Class
[ Tier 9 ] : Satan / Seraph / Governor General – like power
Above Tier 9 is where [ Laws ] come into picture and if one wishes to advance further he/she must comprehend the [ Laws ] based on the level of their comprehension and how much control they have over it determines their strength.
[ Tier 10 ] : Low-level Gods, Super Devils, Heavenly Dragons
[ Tier 11 ] : High-level Gods – Shiva, Big G or Entities like – Ophis, Great Red, Trihexa, Gaia, and the Primes from EXE world
[ Tier 12 ] : EXE gods
[ Tier 13 ] : Multiversal Level Entities like – The One Above All
