Capítulo 33: 33: Dungeon incident 3
~Drip~ ~Drip~ ~Drip~
Everyone went down the steps that's were below the giant trap door and there was this moist feeling Flynn was getting from the walls.
Ask the prince, he had read thousands of guidelines and books about dungeons but none could compare to the real thing.
'The mana in this environment is dense, the best place to train and cultivate our cores.' He thought.
"This is an E rank goblin dungeon, scouts say it's full with Dark Direwolves." Marisilver explained with her cheery attitude quite different from her behavior with Asher before.
'She liked him and confessed and he rejected?' Flynn's thoughts were all over the place. 'Maybe he doesn't like women with scars. I believe she's okay.'
His gaze started to size her up and thier eyes met and he looked away immediately.
'Let's not try that again.'
Finally, the small stairway ended and they found themselves in a large room with some crudely made holes in the walls and floors and the ceiling.
'Don't tell me...' Sweat dropped down his face.
Sure enough, a black figure shot out of the hole right above him and out of reflex, he casted a spell.
[Grand Fireball]
One of his copied spells and it didn't utilize his mana or incantations. He only used mana to copy spells.
The fireball hit the target and Flynn had roasted meat from the ceiling.
"That's no good." Marisilver appeared behind him like a stalker.
"You should watch the firepower of your spells. There's not enough ventilation in here, do you want us to choke on the smoke and die? I still have somethings left in life, looker."
Flynn didn't hear the rest of her words, the word 'looker' had struck through his heart.
'She saw me!'
After another second, Dark Direwolves started to rush into the large hall they were in.
[Inspect]
[Dark Direwolves]
[Direwolves that have evolved according to their element and environment. They have the darkness element and the ability to curse and corrode. Their stealth ability is high.

"Hm." Asher nodded as he casted a little spell.
[Wind control]
All his victims were slashed to death without knowing what hit them.
"Amazing... but I can do the same." Flynn smiled.
[Wind control]
"Tch, I should have remembered the copycat was around." Asher spoke but despite his tone, he still had a smile on his face.
"Show me more!" Flynn smiled back, his addiction for spells was growing.
After about an hour, the amount of direwolves coming out slowly decreased until someone killed off the last one.
"What next?" Flynn said with a smile on his face.
"I should have known an E rank wouldn't have been enough. I should have increased it. Tch." A few students gulped at Artonio's words.
They found it hard unlike the top 10 monsters and a few.
"Next is the boss!" Marisilver shouted and she started to jump there.
"Boss! Boss!"
Everyone started to walk to the large door at the end of the hall, some were hesitant, some were excited and some were neutral to the whole thing.
The door was opened single handedly by Artonio and everyone walked into the next large hall.
A large wolf of about six meters tall was lying lazily on the floor, seemingly asleep and it opened it's large eye sharply and stared at the intruders that walked into his domain.
No one except the fourth years saw what happened.
A tiny dust of water slowly floated all the way for to the large wolf, got into it's body through it's ears and a second later,
~BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMM!!~
A large water ball exploded from within and Asher's eyes changed from a dull yellow to the normal light purple.
Artonio was watching the whole thing.
'Was I wrong? It's actually his unique magic, that eye thing and the strange energy...'
"Hey, no fair!" Someone shouted.
They all knew it was Asher as they saw his signature waterball spell and the smile on his face gave him away.
"Sorry, my bad." Even with that, he didn't remove the smile from his face.
After picking up the loot which was in form of a monster core, Marisilver looked around with a smile on her face.
"Too bad we didn't get to help anyone but, isn't the dungeon meant to tremble after we defeat the boss?" She raised an eyebrow.
"That's true... Welp, let's go." Artonio gave up on thinking. There's a first time for everything, right?
Everyone started to climb the stairway back and then after walking for about an hour, something felt strange.
"I feel like we've passed the entrance."
"That's true, I didn't see any light."
"Something's strange here."
Artonio noticed this too and after another bit of walking, they reached the end but what met them wasn't a wooden trapdoor. It was plain ground that they'd been seeing all around since.
"Uh?? What is this!" Someone shouted.
"Somethings really wrong here." Mikey furrowed his eyebrows.
"Should we blast through this thing?" Asher asked.
"Hey! We're in a small space, do you want to kill us all?"
"Ah, that's true." He sighed.
Asher looked back and he saw Mia who seemed to be lost in thought and quite dazed.
"Let's go back, maybe we skipped the actual boss room or something." Artonio spoke.
Everyone started to head down again with some disapproving whines and grunts.
Mikey looked down the stairway and somehow he was getting an ominous feeling from down there.
They reached the hall from before and the holes in the walls, floor and ceiling had disappeared along with the large door.
The feeling from before only grew larger for Mikey.
"Let's split paths. Silver, you lead one, I'll lead the other." Artonio said. Somehow, he had become the leader of this dungeon raid and the previously cheerful Marisilver seemed to be lost in her thoughts.
They ended up splitting up into two groups. Artonio took one, Marisilver took the other. Asher and Mia were in Marisilver's group. The little girl seemed to have been quiet since the beginning.
Mikey, Flynn and Marigold were with Artonio and many others.
"Let's go."
