"Can't I use this to tame my core?"
Asher clicked the YES button and he found himself back on his bed with the spoon in his hand although it had lost a certain luster he didn't notice before.
Asher let out a sigh and once more, he decided to enter the space where his core resided. As he did, he quickly brought out the [Taming Brand] from his inventory and placed it on the core.
He didn't know how it work so he was only charging in blindly. The purple core started to battle with the white light that was enveloping it bit by bit and it sent out a wave of energy Asher had never felt before.
"GAK!" He woke up with a surprised shout.
"Huff... Huff..." He turned his head. Surprisingly it was night already. His only chance at taming that lump of energy called a core was gone in an instant.
"Well, I'll have to find another way..."

"I guess I'm doing this again." Asher smiled.
He found himself once more in front of the core and the thing seemed to be waiting for him. Immediately, a wave of energy was shot out at him again and he narrowly dodged it.
He reached with two meters of the core. The farthest he had gotten and the core sent an even bigger wave of energy.
"I guess it's now or never!" Asher shouted.

The energy in front of Asher wavered for a second and that was Asher's chance. Finally, he laid his palm on the core and it was burning hot.

Asher bore through the pain and used the skill again but he could still feel if resisting and he did the most reasonable thing his mind told him to do.

The pain finally subsided and Asher removed his hand.

Asher gently floated in space as his transformation was undone. His white hair grew longer and his eyes had a certain feeling to them.
He finally got his brain processing back to him and he went out of the space.
"Fuu~ Let's check the benefits now. Asher smiled anxiously."

His roommates began for stir in bed but he had already reached the bathroom.

Asher's eyes changed immediately. They still retained thier usual purple colour but there was a beast-like slit in them.

Asher gripped the sink he was holding but he controlled his strength and a crazy smile appeared on his face again.
"WHAT IN THE WORLD IS UP WITH MY STATS! 1500!"
The whole building shook for a second and many people woke up thanks to Asher's shout. His roommates woke up too but tracing the voice the the bathroom and seeing Asher's empty bed, they went back to sleep peacefully like they didn't hear anything.
Before they could get another round of sleep, Asher's voice interrupted them.
"I'M A SUPERSTAR! FIGHT ME WONDER MAN! HAHAHAHA! TATAKAEEE!!"
"Whoo..." Asher sighed once more and he looked through the system screen to see if he missed anything.
"How did I get 90exp? I didn't receive any notifications about that?"

Asher made a chair out of earth and sat on it.
"I don't even have an A.I, which system doesn't? Where's all the blood boiling quests and everything?!
Isn't this becoming a bit too... monotonous and strict? Is this truly the life I wanted? I'm not regretting anything but... Sigh. Anything to say, Me?"
Asher looked at the mirror in front of him and his reflection stared back at him. After a few moments,
"Ah, I see. Patience truly is the key."

Asher knelt down and looked up, Thank you, yandere god. Now, let's–"
The scene suddenly changed and Asher found himself on a beach in red boxers. He was lying on a beach chair with an umbrella over him.
He did bother standing up or checking his surroundings and he sipped on a lemonade cup that suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
"Yo, second mother."
"You've got guts, son."
