Right after the wedding ceremony, their lawyer brought them the adoption papers of Jayson and Jena as instructed, since it was part of what they were celebrating that day too. Jayson and Jena were right beside them together with the social worker and lawyers.
"Wait, hold on," Jayson interrupted after reading the documents. "There was an error on our names here. It still says Jayson Bell and Jena Bell and not Welsh."
Amy and Henry smiled at Jayson, "Yes, you are correct your last name is still Bell and not Welsh. We want you to keep our family name, it's my dad's and your dad's legacy. It will be your legacy too someday Jayson," Amy said to the boy.
"Also I want you to know that you and Jena will be the heirs of the farm and Bellory. It was never supposed to be mine if your dad was alive," Amy added.
"Are you sure about that Mom? You've worked hard for it, what would be left for you if you would give it to us?" Jayson asked in a sincerely worried voice.
