Capítulo 5: Mitra
Pov. Third-person
Two odd people sat at a table in the middle of a vast forest and drank tea in peace.
One was a unique young lady whose beauty was impossible to describe. She stood around 165 cm tall and appeared to be around 20 years old.
She had lovely white skin and blue eyes that drew you in if you stared at them long enough.
But perhaps the most unique thing about her was the pair of cat ears that adorned her head and the pair of tails that could be seen behind her back.
A young boy, no older than 11, sat across from her, but the atmosphere around him was more magnificent than most adults.
This boy had black hair as if it was a separate manifastation of darkness, porcelain white skin and a pair of black eyes that looked like an endless abyss.
His head was adorned with two cat ears the same color as his black hair, and he had two tails behind his back, just like the woman opposite him.
If someone saw them drinking tea like this together, they would think that they were siblings, but that could not be further from the truth.
The woman was an entity no less powerful than those who claimed to be gods in this world.
And the youngster was a reincarnator who, though he didn't realize it yet, was the owner of Akashic Records, a library that housed all knowledge and information from the past, present, and future.
The boy seemed to have a hard time thinking about something, and the woman, who couldn't stand the silence anymore, spoke first.
"Mitra"
The boy woke up from his thoughts and asked.
"What is Mitra? Some weird rock band? "
"My name is Mitra. You called me all the time in your head with some weird nicknames like weird woman or cat, so I decided to tell you my name."
The boy answered immediately.
"Where I'm from, it's polite to introduce yourself before you get into someone's dreams and do all the weird things you've done so far."
"Well, let's just leave it at that for now; I'd like you to answer a few of my questions because I don't think we'll see each other again so soon."
"After all, I believe it is only fair after everything you've done today. Don't you think I'm right?"
Mitra looked at him and saw his serious expression and answered.
"Well, ask what you want to know. That was why I was here in the beginning."
Miwa paused for a bit before posing his first question.
"Why do I look like some weird catboy? My parents should be werewolves like everyone else in the village. "
Mitra smiled and answered his question.
"It's true that the people who raised you are werewolves, but unfortunately they're not your biological parents."
Pov. Miwa
When I heard what Mitra said, my heart stopped for a moment.
In my past life, my parents were the worst trash you could imagine, so as one of the first things that came to my mind after regaining memories was a feeling of gratitude, I felt thankful to the people who raised me in this life.
'After a few minutes, I discover they are not biological parents.'
´This really feels like joke´
"Does it matter if you don´t share same blood?" Mitra must have sensed that it worried me and asked.
"You seem troubled by it, but based on what I witnessed while watching over you, I know that Nyco and Christine love you unconditionaly."
I realized that what she was saying was true and calmed down.
´It's time to interrogate my adorable kitten.´
When Mitra saw his wicked smile, she began to tremble.
