Carlos Ryan held Rosa's hand and led her inside the boat together with the other policemen. There were about seven men inside the boat along with seven other women. It looked like they were about to have a nice time together because they were skimpily dressed. One of the men sized Rosa up when she stepped closer to look at his tattoo.

''Where did you get this tattoo done? Is it a common tattoo that anyone else can get?'' Rosa asked the man and he licked his lips.

''Getting an answer comes with a cost detective'' he said flirtatious and Rosa removed her ID card and showed to him.

''The name is Prosecutor Ann and you will tell me where you got it done or you go to the station with me'' she smirked at the man.

''I got it done at the night market. There is a man there called Crado. He is a professional tattooist and an immigrant from South Contineto'' the man said, looking at the warning gaze Carlos Ryan was giving him behind Rosa.
