Capítulo 81: Something to show you

Knox sat on his knees on the floor, his hands resting above his thighs with his head lowered, as he listened to Athan's scolding. After he called Azrael, he asked if Athan could take care of Knoa for a few days.

Just in time, his father called and asked if Knoa could spend the long weekend at his house, so after Knoa happily agreed, he packed a bag of clothes and brought him to the mansion. Athan was also there, and when he learned that Knox was going somewhere leaving his kid behind, he interrogated him.

"I'm just…taking care of a sick friend," Knox answered as he averted his eyes from Athan's scrutinizing look.

Athan folded his arms on his chest, "For the entire weekend?"

"Of course not! I'm going back later…uhh, might? Anyway, I'm running late, older brother, I'm going now," Knox immediately stood, not giving Athan a chance to answer. He waved at Knoa who was already playing with Loki in the garden. Then, he hopped in on the red Mercedez Benz.
