50 miles East of Matan as Sarah Airport, Libya (Close to the border of Egypt)
From the town of Matan As Sarah, a team had been sent to determine what the LIDAR-detected location was. All the equipment was available to this team. JARVIS was careful in his planning, and he assigned a personal mercenary army to the squad. This army had its own vehicles, which were airdropped in the town's airport by specialized military planes.
A well-known archaeologist and expert on ancient civilizations led the team. He was picked to lead a very youthful and motivated team to discover what the LIDAR had identified because of his vast research into the South American and Egyptian pyramids.
They had never seen their employer, but they were certain that he or she must have deep pockets because, merely to utilize LIDAR on the Sahara desert, their company would need to spend at least $1 billion. Above that, It would be a different type of nightmare if the issue of security and permission entered the picture.
However, it appears that LIDAR use was permitted in three nations, namely Egypt, Niger, and Nigeria, and that it was now moving toward the Western Countries that were covered in the Sahara Desert. And in the troubled nation of Libya, they have struck it rich.
Since Muammar Gaddafi's overthrow in 2011, the nation had only experienced bloodshed. Even though the nation was surrounded by borders, numerous extremist organizations had developed over the years in various regions of the nation.
If it weren't for the mercenary team they had recruited, the team wouldn't have traveled to this nation that the respective governments had designated as risky. It was originally known as Blackwater and now had the infamous moniker Academi. Even though the corporation itself was the subject of numerous controversy claims throughout the years, their status as a leading mercenary organization could not be disputed.
The team traveled to the place where the LIDAR had detected structures and had already set up tents and camps. Excavating in the open Sahara Desert was a huge matter and everything would come crumbling down with one sand storm if there were no proper structures established so this again was taking time.
They had been there for a month before today, when they finally started digging. It took a while for everything to arrive and for them to be able to get to work because of the terrible logistics situation here. A small squad was awake maintaining watch while the rest of the team and the mercenaries slept in their tents during the night.
Since there was no moon that night, the sky was clear and dark, with only the stars shining. Unbeknownst to them, eight medium-sized trucks carrying a bunch of armed militants had pulled up around 5 miles from their camp.
This violent organization had only been formed about a year prior, and after purchasing supplies and weapons from another organization, they had finally received them. This mob had intimidated and pillaged a few nearby villages.
They were aware of this newly formed group of people, which included both white and black individuals. They discovered that this party also possessed their own weapons, but not all of them were skilled in combat, after questioning their guide, who had come to the town for provisions.
Therefore, this terrorist gang targeted them with the hope of taking some of them hostage, which would be a big coup for them.
"How many people sleep through the night?"
"General, there are always five people on the alert."
The terrorist group was led by a man who enjoyed using the title "General" and made much of his experience serving in Gaddafi's Libyan Army.
"Hehehe.. Do they include any chicks?" General inquired.
"Among them are two white girls. You'll adore their body, I'm sure." An approaching insurgent talked while displaying avarice in his eyes. Each and every one of them had clothing covering their entire bodies, including their faces. If one approached closely, one could only see the eyes.
"We'll approach silently and surprise them. You five will each take a shot at one of them, and we'll kill them all at once. Was I clear?"
"Yes! General."
They got out of their pickups and began making their way slowly toward the camp in the chilly night. Their feet were drowning in sand, but they didn't seem to care because they were so excited to rob a wealthy group.
"General, we'll be able to see them past that sand dune." A militant spoke while becoming pretty animated.
"Our money and ladies will be beyond this sand dune. Hahaha..."
*pew* *pew*
A few muffled sounds were heard in the area, and three of his soldiers immediately dropped to the ground, their bodies turning limp. The men around went into alert mode as a result and pointed their rifles in the area. The militant group was young, but because they had previously been in the military, they were familiar with using weapons and engaging in combat, so they didn't go into full panic mode.
The General and the others were working very hard to determine what had happened and how three people could have fallen down so suddenly. When someone knelt to inspect the remains, they saw that the victims' heads bore bullet wounds.
"General.. They are dead..."
"What..."
*pew* *pew* *pew*
Four more fell to the ground during this period ofwith further suppressed sounds. 4 additional people had their heads shot. The General carefully scanned the area but was unable to detect any muzzle fire, nor were the sounds audible enough to pinpoint its source.
He lighted his powerful lamp and began to search around, disregarding caution. He was trembling as he did so. Although he was aware that they had been ambushed, he refused to acknowledge it.
*pew* *pew* *pew*
Additional gunfire could be heard, and the guys were falling left and right.
"Come on out. You timid ones. Enough with the hiding, already."
"Why hide? Come out, you cretins."
"What type of coward shoots in the dark!"
As they were saying this, they had already begun fleeing for cover towards the closest sand dune. More muffled gunfire could be heard as they fled, and the guys were already falling as they shouted. One man became so furious and fired an AK-47 in an arbitrary direction after seeing his colleague suddenly hit the sand.
The man was sane enough to fire continuously in every horizon direction. Sadly, none of the bullets struck anything, and the next instant, he too fell to the ground.
The General was shocked after catching a glimpse of everything.
Fortunately, he and three other men were able to get to a sizable sand dune and hid behind it.
Now, there were blood blots on the General and the other three people's clothing.
They had never before witnessed such an ambush. Until some people had been waiting for them for a long time and had remained inconspicuous, ambush in open sand was practically impossible.
The militant squad had gone over the path to the camp several times to make sure there weren't any obstacles. Even in the afternoon, they checked it.
And now they were ambushed.
What the fuck!!
"What was that General? What do we do now?"
The other three men's faces inside the cloth had turned white and they didn't know what to do. They could only look at the leader and hoped he could perform a miracle.
"Idiot.. Didn't you see that this is an ambush? We have been set up."
"How could this possible? I personally checked this place in he afternoon. There was nobody here. There were no foot marks and nobody ever came here."
"Then how do you explain that we have been ambushed so easily."
"Well! It's because we have better weapons, better technology and better information."
"Yes. You are right... Eh!"
The General instantly turned around and without any hesitation he open fired at the voice that he had just heard. He didn't know whose voice this was but since it was a foreign one, it was better to take action first and ask later. His AK-47 lit up like a flamethrower and all the bullets sound like they had hit some kind of metal plate.
After 1 second of shooting did the General stop and opened his eyes wide to see who he had shot. There stood a man who was wearing blue colored suit standing in front of him. The man in blue suit lifted his finger and from his finger tip and blue colored ray flashed out which blew away the gun of the General after making a hole in it.
The General, the three men, and themselves were utterly terrified. They had never seen a man like him before, and based on his attire, he appeared to be from another planet. The other three men raised their weapons and prepared to fire at the man in the blue suit, but a sharp, huge sword from behind cut through them just as they were about to pull the trigger, severing their bodies in half.

The formerly dry, brown sand became reddened and spattered everywhere. The General tensed up right then, just as he was about to start another round. He couldn't believe someone had the strength to cut three bodies in a single motion. He was aware of how difficult it was to cut human bodies because, back in his day, he had done so on behalf of the Dictator.
However, he just witnessed someone slicing through three human bodies as if they were made of tofu!
Who are these individuals?
"God. Please destroy these horrible Djins and show me kindness. God, the All-Powerful... Please display your courage for me!"
In terror and desperation for assistance, the General put down his gun and began to pray. His AK-47 was useless, and his soldiers were all slain in front of his very eyes. He didn't have a lot of education, so he assumed that these individuals were the terrible Djins who had appeared as many locals in the nearby villages and towns had claimed.
It goes without saying that Robin and his two female guards were the ones who had arrived to confront them. Additionally, the first stealth team with the required weapons and suits had also arrived.
The stealth suit was a camouflaged one that rendered them both invisible to the naked eye and provided them with adequate protection to deflect pistol bullets and even prevent them from being killed by AK-47 bullets, which always had a fast rate of fire and power
They were fresh recruits from the DPRK, and this was their first battle. JARVIS had always kept a watch on the insurgents in the area, but the absence of technology made connections and communications difficult, making it difficult to tell who was coming for what.
But JARVIS had warned the day before that their camp might be attacked soon, so Robin had ordered a crew to keep watch just outside their excavation and exploratory team.
They were correct to do so, as a recently created militant group actually showed up. The Ghost squad's leader then told Robin that the fish had come for the bait because he had instructed them to let him know.
The Ghost squad was able to ambush this militant group while they were concealed, and it was a piece of cake for them.
"You should stop with the praying Mr. Ibn Abbas. Here I am your only God."
The comments of Robin jolted the General back to reality as he was pleading and hoping that everything was only a dream. Despite the fact that he had never said his name in front of his own subordinates, he didn't anticipate it being spelled out.
"Let me see.. Ibn Abbas.. Worked as air force staff during the rule of Gaddafi and used the connections later to make a new militant group. You have terrorized, looted and raped women from 5 villages that we know of. Quite the repo you have here." Robin said in a plain tone.
The "General" was staring blankly as his misdeeds were spelled out precisely. He was trembling.
"Who.. Who are you?"
"Didn't I tell you? I am your God." Robin replied.
"Please, oh please I kindly ask. Please let me go, I beg you. I promise to behave honorably and never hurt anyone. I'll follow God's instructions and never break the law. Just let me go... please." Abbas was pleading with Robin while bringing his hands together in prayer. When Sigret arrived, she kicked the "General" in the face as he was about to touch Robin's foot.
He lost two teeth at once when the kick struck him in the mouth. In a matter of seconds, blood poured from his mouth onto the fabric, turning it red.
"I am sorry Mr. Ibn Abbas, I can't just let you go. Though many foreign hands had made a living in this country by selling weapons but it couldn't be denied that it was you who had picked the weapons. I could have understood if it was for defense but you used it for your own selfish desires. For that all you will receive is death." Myrene quickly killed him once Robin finished speaking by hacking off his head with one blow of her powerful sword.
Robin just wanted to keep things clean and didn't want to torture this man pointlessly. In the midst of this, Robin heard a message on the radio.
"Commander, there is truck approaching us from the team and it is probably the mercenary team. Do you want us to stop them?"
"The soldiers from Academi? Let them come. Sigret.. Myrene.. go back."
Robin waited on top of the sand dune as Sigret and Myrene returned to the TARDIS. Soon, he noticed two headlights stopped on the opposite side. Three men emerged from the truck with bright torches. As they turned to look around, they soon noticed the lifeless bodies scattered across the sand.
One of the soldiers was prompted by this to radio back what they were observing. After some maneuvering, one of their torches' lights shone on Robin's face. He was wearing a Blue Beetle outfit. The soldier was utterly terrified by this.
They believed they would be ambushed, so he almost fired, but he restrained himself and pointed his gun at Robin while yelling.
"Hands where I can see them.. Show me your hands.. Show me yours hands." Following that the other two mercenary soldiers also shouted the same.
Robin just looked at them with unblinking eyes as the torch light didn't make him go blind.
"Soldier. This isn't America."
And in the next second, all the three soldiers felt the cold sensation of muzzle on their necks from behind.
"What the.."
"When did they appear?"
The Ghost squad wasn't gone; they were still on the battlefield. Since these soldiers were posing a threat to the Commander, they needed to establish their authority.
"Look man. I am just a mercenary soldier. I came here to inspect. I am not looking for any confrontations." Said another soldier and from his voice it was apparent that he was the leader of this trio.
"I know Mr. David Miller. Just drop your weapons so that no one would get hurt."
The leader tensed up since he didn't anticipate hearing his name spoken. This was a highly rigorous protocol, and they would only be called by their codenames. Their names weren't even known to his own company's comrades. It was carried out in order to safeguard the workers' families.
However, this blue clown just appeared and yelled out his name. He was scared and enraged at the same time. It indicated that these individuals were serious and had reached the top.
"We just came here after hearing the gunshots. We mean no harm." After saying that he let go of his gun and also nudged his comrades to drop the guns. He didn't want anyone to die here. The way the bodies were littered with shots at the head meant that whoever was holding the guns on their necks were pros.
"I know. You don't have to be so fearful of us. We came here to actually protect you."
"Protect us?" Miller was confused.
"There was a group who was trying to ambush and take hostage from the exploration team that you have been protecting."
"What? But our contacts here didn't give us any warning. And even if they were why are you protecting us?" Miller asked.
"This is a new militant group and was not locally based. The group was led by Ibn Abbas. He was a staff in Gaddaffi's air force. And the reason I have protected you because I am the employer of the team and yours too."
The eyes of every soldier were wide. They weren't prepared for this discovery. The fact that only a few soldiers came to inspect was due to their assumption that there was some sort of ambush planned for them. But it went beyond that.
As soon as the muzzles were removed from the necks, the Ghost team disappeared, leaving only Robin behind. He started to leave. What Miller and his allies witnessed shocked them. Soldiers were dressed in red suits that rendered them invisible.
In addition, their "employer" was donning a different colored outfit. What in the world was happening?
"If you are so powerful, then why hire us. Why bother using our company in the first place?"
"It's because the world isn't ready to see us as of yet... Piece of advice.. The world is going to change soon. Learn new tricks. Maybe learn about space. That will be helpful."
"Space.. What does it even mean?" Miller shouted but by that time, the thrusters of Robin had already lit up and wings spread. He flew away to the horizon without even looking back.
The soldiers at the back couldn't even believe their eyes and one had to pinch themselves.
Was this real?
"Captain! What the fuck was that?"
"I don't know." Miller as she saw the bodies on the ground. Somehow he believed what the man had said.
