Capítulo 117: Up for the Challenge (2)

The soldiers around the ring fell silent. Their attention was focused on the new fighters and noticed that Amelia was a human, someone that they'd never seen before. An elf woman came and joined Amelia inside the ring.

She had blonde hair and green eyes, but the shade was deeper compared to Iris's. Her black armor was considerably different from the rest of the Frost Guards and Amelia wondered if this elf was a high ranking officer in Lord Kieran's troop.

She stuck a hand to Amelia, offering it to her. Amelia took it and gave it a firm handshake and murmured a polite greeting.

They both received wooden swords used for training. Unlike the ones Amelia used back in Dravial, the wooden swords were sturdier and didn't easily shatter nor were they worn out. She then went to her designated starting position and gave Iris and Chrysanthe a look. Her friends gave her a reassuring smile.
