The Red King's faction wanted nothing more than to annihilate Iris Scarborough once and for all while the Court of Nightfall was ready to strike against their enemies and was just waiting for their High Lord's cue.

However, Lord Kieran remained silent and waited for the Red King to make the first move. Because whoever reacted first and harmed the other could mean that their excuse wasn't strong enough to prove their claim that Iris Scarborough was a danger to every darkling out there.

Snow started to drop from the sky at an alarming rate, easily creating a blanket of snow that stretched for miles from the high mountains down to Greydale Town and the castle of Aisgarth. The temperature continued to drop, but the worst part was the silence between the demon lords who were seemingly waiting for the other to commit a mistake they could take advantage of.
