Capítulo 22: CHAPTER 22 Divine Wolf

　　We spent most of the day indoors making love. It was official that Adam did not want to get me pregnant because he never came inside me for once. We lay in bed, cuddled in each other's arms.

　　"How is your mother?" Adam finally asked me.

　　"We are just waiting for her to take her last breath," I told him.

　　"I wish I knew you earlier this wouldn't have happened. Your mother would have gotten the best care," he said, and I rubbed his hands to calm him down and let him know that I was alright.

　　"I think it is best this way, Adam. She can be with her mate now." I said, and he froze, then relaxed.

　　"Desiree, I need to tell..." he said, and before he could complete his sentence, he got up and began to dress up in a hurry.

　　"Wear your clothes. Hurry," he ordered me, and I got up to dress. I wore a t-shirt and shorts. I was in so much hurry that I wore my T-shirt inside out. Adam didn't notice, and that was when I knew something was wrong.
