The vintage moon was just an Ascended Ancient so, it's devouring powers weren't as effective on Blake or the others.

Their powers had already transcended the limits to what they should not have easily been capable of. The best example is Blake, who's current power allows him to surpass Divine-Progenitors and touch the realm of war Angels.

Blake should be as strong as one the Primordial gods, Wretched Being for example, since he was the weakest of the seven gods.

Blake himself doubt that he would defeat Wretched Being in a direct confrontation because, his strength wasn't yet on that level.

The only time that Blake would feel that he is capable is if he actually becomes a Divine-Progenitor, master his sequence particles and his runes.

He would definitely be much powerful than even the strongest battle angel, unless he meets someone even more terrifying...
